He was phenomenally nice, helpful and just a genuinely awesome person to deal with. Their food is top notch, everything is fresh, the chicken is outrageously good and the grilled cheese my daughter got was out of this world good (I stole a bite). The hot honey chicken sandwich is addictive but most of all knowing their ingredients are fresh and there aren't short cuts is the best part of the whole Nan's experience. But Chris was the kind of employee everyone dreams of hiring, it was over a month ago we were there but I made it a point to write this review because of him and their food. They sold her a $17 case of hard seltzer instead of a $1 bottle of seltzer. When she arrived at the party, people explained to her that it was alcoholic. She was surprised since she had told them that she wanted seltzer. A few of us tried the hard seltzer at the party and found it too awful to drink. Today we brought back the rest of the case to return it, but they refused. They took no responsibility for taking advantage of her lack of understanding. I think they took advantage of an old lady and hope you decide to go to a different liquor store when you want to shop for liquor.
