He assured me that lots of cars have plastic oil pans and it's nothing to worry about. So i pay him $700 to fix it. Turns out it didn't fix my leak, was leaking just as badly. So i brought it back to him, and what do you know? Hes explaining to me on the phone that it's because the plastic oil pan was warped. He did seem to feel sorry and give me a good deal on replacing the oil pan, so i spent another 500. He tried to say that fixing one oil leak can cause another, but the oil was clearly leaking from the oil pan the first time i brought it in. I even have obvious photos of it from before I ever brought it to him the first time. I shouldn't have let him convince me it was the sensor. Could he be right? Maybe. But I think the evidence leans towards he made a mistake. Which is fine, mistakes happen. But he could at least admit it.

I went in knowing I had a front bumper that was loose, but my low speed driving was also…read morevibrational. Quentin took one walk around and knew exactly what to do. He thoroughly explained what I needed and how he was going to do it. When I said, "Can you also check something else?" I had only managed to get out "the car vibrates..." and he finished the sentance with... "at low speeds? Yeah, this should take care of that!" He called while the car was in the shop and said, "You know three of four tires are bald?" "yeah... I noticed that." "I'll get you a quote before the end of the day." Last time I had my tires replaced at a local chain, it cost more than the tires, balancing, and the bumper and front wheel well repairs combined. I agreed and he went to work. When I picked it up, it drove like a dream. "Ebony" has nearly 130K miles on her, but I swear to you she hasn't driven this beautifully since I got her at 600 miles, nearly 15 years ago. Quentin, Shay (next door collaborator), and their teams got my baby looking and feeling great in no time for a VERY reasonable cost. I cannot say it enough; They are WIZARDS. :)

She gave me the same pricing. Said the tech would call when on the way. About an hour later he showed up, no call, but I know things happen. He got right to work. Jumped my work vehicle, gave me advice on what he's seen. We took it to our mechanic and it was two dead batteries. That tech saved us a lot of money in a tow bill. I will definitely use them again when we need towed or a dead battery.
