I was correct that it was a loss of spark. Oddly the receipt says no warranty at all, unless it's by the part maker. Considering this, and diagnosis fee- I told them no spark, its not a 5 star review considering the price. They fixed a high stress situation. Absolute bad job by Willowbrook PD. My car was disabled at the light on Route 83 South and 63rd. This is a horrible spot to be disabled. I called in requesting a push over to the shoulder, or at least the left turn lane next to me (getting out of the way of highway speed traffic). Either I could take a look or call roadside service. The cop refused and alleged it was unsafe to push me through the intersection. Having cars slam on their brakes behind you doing 60mph+ is unsafe. Didn't mind having the flatbed go into the intersection to load me onto the truck. I asked again and got the same replay after waiting 20 mins getting uneasy over the cars possibly crashing into us. He parked behind me and had his emergency lights off! Overrode me and ordered their own tow and wouldn't let me use my roadside assistance. Before this, I saw his truck (with push bars) casually coast through the grocery store parking lot. No sense of safety nor urgency. I literally should have put it into neutral and pushed it myself if I knew he would do this. Protect and serve, not me. Literally cost me $350 over what I could have fixed it myself for. The customer service sucks and any positive expectation you'd have throw it out the window. I took my SRT Durango here to get fixed after it had just been stolen and recovered. I called in advance to make sure they had room for my car to be fixed they agreed so I had it towed there. Knowing the car had just been stolen,had a back broken window,unlocked doors, and torn out dash...they decided it was a bright idea to keep it parked on a main road for everyone to see. My car then got stolen AGAIN while in the hands of the body shop. To make things worse I didn't find out until 24hrs after it got stolen. They didn't contact me,my insurance who they spoke to the day it was stolen,or the police. They will blame you on the car being stolen and lie about everything. If you have a nice car do not take it here they aren't capable of protecting it or even fixing it. Oh plus their cameras don't work either :) As your replay states you didn't have a key which you were told about when you called me to say my car was dropped off in your lot. Therefore acknowledging the car was in your possession. You didn't have a problem with the key not working or the tow truck dropping it off the day you called me to confirm I was the owner. Your lack of communication,empathy and professionalism is horrendous. Saying because we are leaving reviews is bullying is so insane when your shop has tried to gaslight me and bold face lie about everything during this situation. I seriously hope you change your procedures and customer service, considering I'm not the only one with a horrible experience.

Today my arm fell off in the middle of 47th and St Charles I called Villalobos and the police showed up The police offer asked first if I was okay and than preceded to ask is I had a tow. She said there is a local company with a red truck If not I had 15 minutes before she had to two and it would be a steep price. 5 minutes from our conversation The Red truck arrived. He worked quickly to hook me up and get me off the street. They also do jumping and changing tires. Great service at a great price. I highly recommend !
