I was dragging it for miles before spotting it when we got off the highway for a rest break. A man in the service center where we stopped saw my troubled face and came out to recommend Jeck's. We drove down and told them our plight and they immediately took us in. They removed the damaged splash guard as it wasn't worth trying to save and he replaced a couple of clamps that he saw had rusted away. Then he checked our tires when he thought one was low. Now there are service centers that might take advantage of an opportunity like this but not here! Jeck's is proof that there are still good and honest people in this world. The bill was next to nothing! I don't usually tip at car repair shops but I told them to keep the change! If I was local, this is the place that would be servicing my vehicles! God bless!

A few years back I took my truck in for an oil change and a tune up. seems to be a pretty routine thing. Well It apparently was to difficult for their technician to handle. They cut wire and screwed it up so bad I had to take it to a toyota dealer which honestly wasn't much better. My truck still isn't right I just live with the entire screw up. I didn't review them then because like I said I am forgiving because things happens. Fast forward we took one of my work vans in for an oil change mind you, a freaking oil change. I was doing oil changes as a kid. I don't have the time to do 7 vehicles. Well one of there technicians changing a wiper blade crack the freaking windshield, now they fixed it but we lost time and money due to this screw up. Our inspection was up to date but needed new stickers, now I get this crap about well now we need to inspect the vehicle and it needs this and this.
