I…read morewent to cjs to have my tires mounted and balanced. they couldnt balance a tire for anything. i went to kens tire. even with force balancer they have high school kids with no experience doing it. they cant balance a tire either. so i drove 30 min to Kantners. BOY am i glad i did. my wheels were so unbalanced the whole car shook from 30 up and at 75 was unbearable. this is my only tire balancing shop now. or mounting tires shop. YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU WENT HERE FIRST instead of some chain tire shop with totally inexperienced employees. I wasnt even there barely 40 minutes went super fast to test it and its a mercedes AMG so the suspension is so sensitive. the prices were cheaper than the chain places also. if there are any bad reviews here dont pay attention they are prob just haters from the other places.

After visiting a few auto parts store (that didn't have the tools either) I decided to try Route 61. While they didn't have the exact tool I needed to get the job done, they were able to improvise and get the hitch securely put together. I would have been in a hell of a bad spot if it wasn't for Route 61 Auto, Truck & Equipment.

They finally gave me a refund. Mike is unprofessional and does not care once he has your money. When they installed headlights they don't weatherproof connections (see picture) For a "professional" shop this is unacceptable. You expect this from "I know a guy that will do it cheaper"

Buying a car can be a very stressful affair, but dealing with the folks at Kelly was not only NOT stressful, it was actually enjoyable! Jacelyn contacted us with information about the car, and she was a delight--so personable, so helpful, and so efficient! She connected us with Tim, and he went above and beyond to help us. He was responsive to our questions, respectful of our concerns, and thorough and efficient in handling all the particulars, and he did it all with a friendly demeanor that put us right at ease--none of the "shifty car salesman" vibes here! We were so impressed with the service there that we made arrangements to buy the car the next day and drove SEVEN (!!!) hours for the transaction (they were more than 300 miles away). Tim was so patient with out questions, and we felt very catered-to. Even the loan officer found a way to make signing a car loan a pleasant time. We drove home happy! Since then, they have called just to see how we were enjoying the car (LOTS). Recently, my son purchased a 1995 Chevrolet 1500 pickup from this business. I could not be more happy with the service be received. JSI staff worked very hard to bring the truck up to our expectation. They put a lot of time, effort and money into fixing it right. The truck ran rough the first time we drove it and stalled on acceleration. These guys dig deep and figured out the cause of the problem. I know they had to lift the bed to get into the fuel tank and replace the fuel pump. They did a lot of other work to the motor. They even found a rusted brake line during inspection and fixed it. They could have easily passed it off and let it become our problem later. These guys told me that they take their reputation seriously and that vehicles leaving their lot have to be right. I could tell they took pride and integrity in their job. They were very accommodating of my busy schedule and they helped my son learn some things about car buying. Overall, this was a top notch buying experience!. I highly recommend them. The shop was busy too, the entire time I was there. Don't let the simplistic look and the run down appearance of their real estate fool you. These guys have their heads under cars all day long. They can do things I can't!

I also had their receptionist, Nicole who I talked to many times about my jeep. Nicole, was super helpful with any and all questions I had that she could answer to the best of her ability! Nicole, thank you for your kindness while my jeep was there at the collision center. Thank you! Also, Ben who had picked up a time or two when I would called and let me know about parts they were waiting for. Thank you! I ended up being stuck on the side of the road because the radiator hoses were not installed properly and then I had antifreeze all of the engine bay of my jeep and all over the road. I was missing the install clips and the electrical cover and with the jeep system not being reset the dash lit up with dash lights I had to look up in my manual while I waited for help.
