I had an abscessed molar removed by Dr Feider. My insurance is rather limited and this office does not accept it. I decided to pay out of pocket because of the great reviews I read about Dr Feider and his staff and because my dentist (Dr. Allison Kutz) referred me and I trust her implicitly. It was 100% worth it. The staff here are so professional, kind and efficient you will definitely feel well taken care of. Dr Feider has a great demeanor and walked me through the process answering all of my questions. I opted for oral sedation and I don't remember much at all after the sedation took effect. My recovery was great and I experienced zero pain. (I was prescribed pain meds and took them for only 48 hours post-surgery.) The office staff charged me what I consider to be an extremely fair price for out of pocket surgery. I would not hesitate to return if I needed oral surgery again or to refer friends and family to Dr Feider and his wonderful staff. read more

My dentist referred me to Dr Feider for a tooth to be pulled and an implant placed where the tooth had been. I have great trust in my dentist, so felt confident to have Dr Feider do the implant. I've had loads of dental work, orthodontics, upper and lower reconstructive jaw surgeries done years previously, so know what I want in an elite dental provider. I got that and more in Dr Feider's office. From the moment I walked in, the staff were caring, impressively knowledgeable and prompt. Dr Feider explained options, what I could expect and I scheduled my surgery date. The night before and morning of the surgery, I was terrified. Dr Feider's staff put me at ease, got me relaxed, numbed me and before I knew it, it was done! I was shocked. More shocking was the next morning when I woke up. I had ZERO pain. The 3 & 4 days out were a little uncomfortable, but nothing hugely painful - and I'm a baby, trust me. I will say I followed the post-surgery instructions to the 'T' because I did NOT want to pay the consequences. Sitting around for a week, w/ice on my face eating soft foods was BY FAR the toughest part of this procedure. Now I wait a few months for next steps. I had the BEST wisdom tooth extraction experience! I felt extremely educated in my consultation and with the resources I was given, so I knew what to expect going into the surgery. I even had to reschedule a few times, and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and flexible. I was really nervous, but day of my surgery, the whole staff was super friendly and calming. I went under, and in what felt like 30 seconds, it was done! I had NO swelling, NO complications, and very little pain. I had all 4 wisdom teeth pulled out February 28th and now that it's been some time, I can say I've fully healed with zero issues post heal time. The only thing I regret was not going to sleep since there was so much pressure/ noise going on during the procedure (to save money since I paid out of pocket) but Dr. Feider and his team were as gentle and quick as they could be. If I had to do it again, thank goodness I don't, I'd go back and pay the extra to go to sleep. read more

I recommend everyone who needs to get there wisdom teeth out to do so with this doctors office! I had to get my wisdom teeth removed and knew I needed to be put to sleep to do so. I did not want to be awake to hear the crunching and pulling of my teeth being taken out. I found this place on yelp for distance to my house and I am so glad I came across this office. I got a call Monday morning at 830, returning my voicemail from over the weekend. Fortunately someone just rescheduled their wisdom teeth removal for that day at three. I was able to do my consultation and removal that day! I got to the office, took x rays, filled out paperwork than met with dr feider for the consultation. I was honesty really impressed and educated about what was going on with my teeth, the process of taking them out, and he answered all questions I came up with. After the surgery while I was still loopy he even called me to see how I was doing, my boyfriend talked to him but it's nice to know your doctor takes time to check up on his patients. Three days after, my pain peaked and dr feider checked up on me again helping me find ways to cope with the pain. I have follow up appointment on Monday to make sure everything is recovering well. I got all of my wisdom teeth out today and it was the first surgery I've ever had so I was understandably very nervous. I decided to go fully under and they were able to get the IV in quickly and almost painlessly despite my huge fear of needles. I always felt safe and in a caring environment and even though it has been 12 hours since I got them removed, my prescriptions have worked perfectly and them combined with ice and their instructions has made this day painless. I most definitely recommend this place, especially if you'll be very jittery like I was because it was quick and I felt about at ease as I could be. And when I woke up I even said many times about how it was fun, so if you're looking for a fun, safe oral surgery from a staff that cares about you and has your best interest at heart, I'd urge you to go here. read more

All the staff is very kind and professional. The whole office works well together. They were all very pleasant and knowledgeable with their work. I have had a total of three procedures done with them. My first visit I had one implant done with them. Everything went exactly as explained to me. When I needed two more I went back to them had a consultation and was able to do the two at the same time. It again was exactly as explained to me. I love this place!! I came here to get my wisdom teeth out. and from my consultation appointment to my follow up appointment today these guys have been absolutely amazing! dr. fieder( sorry if I misspelled that) is a great doctor! extremely knowledgable and you can tell he loves what he does. he was very profession but also down to earth and just an all around cool guy. the night of my surgery he called me to see how I was doing and even gave me his personal cell number to call him directly if I had any questions or discomfort. Joyce is an absolute sweetheart. any time my mom or I called with questions or scheduling she was always extremely helpful, professional and most importantly just flat out nice!! it's always refreshing going to a place where everyone there enjoys what they do because it really makes for a great experience for the patients. he did a great job at extracting my wisdom teeth and my sister is even going to him later this month. Totally forgot to update this!! I had no swelling, no bruising, no issues whatsoever!! I had a bit of pain but not enough to kill all my meds. My post op follow up was also a breeze, I was in and out which I appreciated since it was during my lunch hour! They are very accommodating and just absolutely pleasant. The epitome of great service! Getting my wisdom teeth removed was a fast and smooth process Dr.Fieder was very professional. The reasoning behind my one star is based on my overall experience and outcome of the entire procedure , I was reffered here because I am in the military and the dental center on base was not able to perform the surgery due to the fact my wisdom teeth were in an odd position, the next few days after the surgery I was taking the medicine as prescribed hydrocodone (vicodin), ibuprofin and amoxicillian. The area in wich one of my wisdom teeth were was in excruciating pain, wisdom tooth number 32 to be exact. I contacted the office and they told me to go ahead and come in. I explained the pain and they insisted it was a dry sockett and I agreed with them so the secretary and the dental assistant decided I needed stronger medication and that they would contact Dr. Fiedder right away and he would call my pharmacy so as soon as I leave I can go straight to my pharmacy and pickup my prescription. Now remind you I have left work to try and get some answers to this horrible pain, so the entire time I am sitting at pharmacy the pharmacist tells me she has not received a call from my dentist, after an hour of playing phone tag with the dental office they decide to call me back and tell me to finish my prescription and Dr. Feidder is not writing me a new prescription and I was completely fine with that I only went to the pharmacy because they insisted I needed something stronger! So I smiled and said ok sounds great and on my way I was, I head back into work only to find out that these people had the nerve to get ahold of my command and tell them I was asking for stronger medication and more SIQ(basically days off work) so not only did these people get me in trouble with my career and my job, I also am still in pain almost to the point were I cant sleep at night. I am too afraid to ask for asistance from these people that I went to a different dentist. Maybe its just me but I had a pretty bad experience. read more

I have been meaning to write a review for Dr. Feider since I started with my dental issue almost a year ago. My crown broke & couldn't be repaired so I needed the tooth pulled & an implant. My first visit was the consultation & Joyce who runs the front desk was very professional & friendly. She gave me detailed pricing info that was 100% accurate as far as what my insurance payed. They were very accomodating with all the appointments & very punctual. I never even got to sit in a waiting room chair. Chester the tech is easy going & fun. He puts you at ease with his jokes. Dr. Feider is very friendly & professional. He explains everything & answers all your questions. I never had any pain during the extraction, the bone graft or placing the implant screw. I loved the rubber block thing he put in between my upper & lower teeth so I didn't have to hold my mouth open.I could just relax. I had it done with a local anesthetic only. He even called to check on me the night of the surgery. The office & equipment is spotless. I had my final visit a couple weeks ago & I must admit I was a little sad I wont have to return. It was such a great experience. Maybe I should chew on some rocks so I can break another crown & get to go back ;) read more

I recently had a tooth extraction and although I can't honestly say I loved having my tooth pulled...i can say it couldn't have been handled better. The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. What impressed me the most is that the doctor takes the time to listen and explain everything. Never did I feel rushed, etc. I was very anxious prior to the procedure and was able to get twilight gas to help for a small extra fee. Words cannot express how appreciative I am for Dr. Eric Feider. He was a godsend when my mother needed emergency surgical extraction. They gave an appt. right away and even moreso called me and said to come in right away instead of waiting the two hours. He took such good care of her that if I could refer anyone and everyone I would. She is not very confident in the caregiving of Dental workers and the assistant and he both were beyond all of my expectations and so much more. Absolutely wonderful and they have continued to followup afterward to ensure that she is ok. Have a followup in a week. The best part is they were very inexpensive and anyone who needs an extraction ask for a referral here and if you don't have insurance, then get New Dental Choice which is a discount plan. ERIK FEIDER of PACIFIC CENTER FOR ORAL AND MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY, by endodontist, Dr. Brian Quesnell. (And, we had been referred to Dr. Quesnell previously by restorative dentist Dr. Rod Strober). All three men are truly GREAT PROFESSIONALS! DR. FEIDER took his time to very thoroughly and carefully explain the tooth extraction surgery procedure. DR. FEIDER then performed the surgery flawlessly and without any complications. A few hours later, DR. FEIDER personally made a "follow-up" call to us from his cell phone, and DR. FEIDER even invited an after hours call-back, if any concerns or problems later occurred. It is absolutely amazing to receive this very high level of professional treatment and concern!
