If you're in the search for an amazing orthodontist, search no further. I would give 10 stars if I…read morecould. I am so grateful for Molen Orthodontics! I got my braces back in 2010, then my brother and my mom all went to Molen. We all have beautiful smiles that fit our face. We can not recommend them high enough! When you are finished with braces and no longer need orthodontics, ask for a referral for your next dentist. I went to a dentist that my friend referred my to. I had to get one of my front teeth fillings fixed. She tried to fix it but ended up making it way too short and fat. I asked her to make it the same shape as my previous one, and she gave me attitude and seemed like she was in such a crunch of time. So she finally added length to it, but she botched it again! It looked so bad... I didn't want to say I didn't like it anymore because of the attitude she gave me..... so I walked out, paid $340 for a tooth that I was so unhappy with. (Thank goodness for masks, lol) Well I was so unhappy with it, I went straight to Molen which was 1 minute away from the other dentist. They got me right in, Dr. Rick looked at my tooth, took pictures, and then Inna reshaped it to match my other k-9... and they reshaped PERFECTLY it in less than 20 minutes! (It took my other dentist 3 hours). I am so unbelievably happy with it now!! I can not thank Dr. Rick and Inna enough! Long story short: Molen Orthodontics will take care of you and your whole family for a lifetime. 10/5 stars to them. Plus free retainers for life!!Thank you all so much for what you do!

I've been to two of their locations and both are super fun. They're festive and really like to give a show to their patients which I love. From costumes to massive gingerbread houses. Love this place. A bit more in cost but worth it. They really go above and beyond.

So much so that I recommended them to my sister and nephew. That's five in total being treated by Dr. Bush. I get constant updates and phone calls if any appointment changes need to happen. Gina in billing always goes out of her way to explain the finical portion so you understand. Rico at the front desk is always so welcoming. So much so that I noticed the kids who come in the office love talking with him. The staff in the back are always so polite. Not to mention the great music. All in all I would recommend Dr. Bush and his staff because they are thorough and efficient.

At the visit before that, he was already missing some O-ties, so this seems to be an ongoing issue. Trying to get this addressed has been frustrating. When I call the office, the voicemail is full, so I can't even leave a message. Texting isn't much better--it takes about three days just to schedule an appointment, and sometimes messages are read but never responded to. It's concerning that communication and follow-up have declined so much, especially when the quality of the orthodontic work seems inconsistent. At the same time, payment is always expected promptly when we arrive. I really hope the office improves both their responsiveness and the reliability of their work.

Staff are always pleasant and accommodating. Both the downtown Puyallup and Graham facilities are hip and well maintained. Since I am an adult with braces, the expectations may be different than the great majority of their patients. They spend good chunk of time during the work up phase prior to braces which made me feel like they were tailoring my regimen to me rather than to a set protocol. Probably the most important thing is that Dr. Larson and team spend an invaluable few minutes during each visit informing me of the goals for each interval before the next visit. Conveying the reason behind each tweak of my braces therapy gives me a good idea of what I need to focus on and what to expect for the 4-6 weeks before the next visit. For example, they tell me that they are placing a wire with a wider arch so that I can hopefully achieve a broader smile. Or, that I need to wear elastic bands to close up gaps between my upper and lower teeth when I have my mouth shut. Many doctors overlook the importance of adding that extra personal touch. Not Dr. Larson. I would recommend him and his team 100% of the time! On a side note, I can't believe that somebody gave Smiles a harsh one star because a visit had to be extended by a few weeks. Braces take time. The initial estimated time to complete is exactly that...an estimation. You got to go with the flow a bit more. I have no problem waiting many months longer so I can get the best final product as possible.
