They also said they will be moving to a new location to accommodate the patients that come with taking the Provider One insurance. The office is small currently, and a little outdated. Equipment and tools are organized and look clean. The membership plan seems to be a good deal in order to make dental care more affordable.

They don't work Fridays so they don't consider that a working day. Watch out cause their 48 hrs is actually 6 days. Women up front can't even take criticism. Ran to their boss to be comforted. $250 cancellation fee for less than 48 hrs. This was a Thurs when they told me and my dentist appt was Tues. Thats well beyond 48hrs but again, they don't work Fridays. Also, they also added to my partial, which doesn't fit and they refuse to fix it and told me to go somewhere else. So their work is shit and their policy is hidden in their paperwork. So, a bunch of over sensitive women who can't tell you and have to send you a letter. Really??? I hope they read this, call me. I've been a patient at WA Dental for over two years and never had an issue--until this last visit…read more In early December, I had a cleaning and the dentist told me I needed one filling, and that it didn't look too serious. The front desk scheduled me and I asked for a price estimate because I considered waiting until January 2026 when my insurance renews. The front desk told me if I waited until January, I'd pay around $120-$140 out of pocket. But if I did the filling before January, they said I'd only pay about $70, and they even had me sign paperwork confirming that $70-ish amount. Based on that, I booked the filling for December 26 and paid $70+ at the counter. I was clearly told that was it and they would handle insurance. No additional charges. Then three weeks later, I get a call saying I still "owe" another $59. Excuse me? I paid what your office quoted, I signed what you put in front of me, and I was told there would be no additional balance. Now suddenly the total is about $135, which is basically the same amount you told me I'd pay in January--so what was the point of rushing in right after Christmas? This is a huge trust issue. If your estimates are that unreliable, don't pressure patients into decisions with incorrect numbers and signatures. To make it worse, the person who called said they would follow up--they didn't--but the clinic had no problem sending an email demanding payment. This is poor communication and borderline bait-and-switch billing. If this isn't corrected, I won't be coming back, and I'll be finding a dental office that actually stands by what they tell patients.

Emily was able to promptly provide feedback on my newborns feeding and issues, which we got a great recommendation listing for pediatric dentist for lip and tongue ties removals. Since the procedures, my newborn has been feeding great and gaining weight, and the several follow up appointments have been just as good, Emily provided techniques on different positions, how to adjust the latch, and queues for when baby is done eating. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fern Lactation! They are just great people and glad they were apart of my postpartum experience! Furthermore, the scheduling process was great! Her office is so clean and cozy, and from the first second, Emily was extremely warm and welcoming. She is so knowledgeable about lactation and put me at ease, she is great about consent before touching and so gentle with my baby. She always includes my partner in the appointment and our results were instant. I am now able to breastfeed the way that I wanted and also in a way that works best for our lifestyle and we have continued to evolve with each appointment. THE LAB HERE GAVE US *CONFIRMED* INCORRECT LAB RESULTS on 2 separate occasions, resulting in my…read morehusband in the ER. We are still stuck with the bill even though THEY CAUSED HIS SYMPTOMS & COULD HAVE KILLED HIM!! The lab on the main floor did not process my husbands labwork correctly, resulting in his cardiologist changing his medications. 36 hours later he was admitted to St Joes ER (also a Franciscan facility) with heart attack symptoms (BP ~210/107, tingling arm, nausea, etc). According to the ER Dr, his admittance into the hospital was a direct result of of the medication changes made by his cardiologist, based on the incorrect lab results. We followed back up with the cardiologist at this location. He admitted his own family had stopped using the lab there, as they were unhappy with results from there as well... Nonetheless, we cautiously had his blood work done a second time, again resulting in incorrect numbers. We then got a 2nd, 3rd & 4th blood draw at 3 other labs not Franciscan labs. It was confirmed his results from that lab were incorrect. We contacted a patient advocate with Franciscan. Concerned that if this lab processed one patients labs incorrectly twice, it was easy to assume it was happening to others. After 4 months of internal investigation, they admitted the same person processed both samples, retraining was done, but we were still liable for the $5000 bill at the ER ($2000 insurance, $3000 out of pocket, $21000 contractually written off). Even though the Drs decisions, based on INCORRECTLY PROCESSED blood samples, almost KILLED him; we are still responsible for the bill to save his life. A bill from the exact same corporation.

Adequate staff at the reception area on the 2nd floor. I have always have had a great experience checking in for my appointments. Received very good customer service from the staff. My personal experience seeing the Nurse Erin and Dr. Garcia have been excellent! They were really attentive to my needs, cared about my well-being and explained what I needed to do for the future to improve my health. Provided great advice and care as well as the required prescriptions.
