We easily checked in before class. The changing area is very tidy and clean. The walls were decorated so cute. My husband watched from the seating area. Our 30 minute class included 4 other babies. The instructor was great and was super helpful with making me and my baby feel comfortable. I loved learning new techniques to play with my baby when we go to the pool! You also can't get through to equipment unless you cross behind the courts so hopefully you can catch a ball. Also pretty sure the AC doesn't work at all. The one good part is the GM there is always kind but their upper management seriously needs to fix these issues or just close the gym at this point. It's embarrassing

It's played with a standard height volleyball net but softer ball. You can hit the sides of the wall as well. It's a fun sport. If you're looking to play walleyball in the Fairfax area, check out this rec center. You can call them in advance and reserve a court. For 2 hours it costs each of us $11. You also get access to other facilities in the rec center. They have a decent locker room for shower and decent sauna. Huge swimming pool. Large parking area as well.

Frustrating things are scheduling and timing of the sessions but I make it work bc we have tried a lot of programs and this one finally yielded results with refining my daughters technique to build endurance and capacity in the water (we are not speed people.) The gaming is not linear and it's hard to interact with a large group, you'll lose anyone who is not in your small group of six or so to the mass of games. The wait times for the game rooms were manageable and their tech works really well. Some games were more fun and better than others. The head to head dodgeball, light smacking games were the most fun. I'm not sure I would do another big event there but many of our group left super happy. I'd come back with a smaller group of friends, 4-6 and go through with them.
