I cant express how grateful I am to have been referred to this amazing chiropractor! Im 45 years old and this was my first time, Ive always been weary of the proffesion in the past. Was sent here sort of on accident by my PI attorney's office (they sent two links, never specified which to go to, but meant for me to go to the other one) and I think it was just meant to be. I actually like my job (crazy, right), but leaving to see Doc (and Michael, of course) 3 times a week's usually the highlight of my day each time. Good people, amazing adjustments. My back has been giving me problems ever since I hurt it while in the Navy. I have tried many different ways to get pain relief. I had the chance to meet Dr. Krauss, when I was able to visit him. I came in with back, hip and neck problems. If im being honest I came in quite grumpy. After years of not having a proper adjustment who wouldn't be? I came in and got to learn some really nice techniques on stretching. The doctor was super kind to me and was defiantly an easy going guy. He made me feel safe and relaxed. During my adjustment he fixed quite a bit in my back, and realigned my hip. I DEFINITLEY noticed big time after I bend down to grab my back pack when I was heading out. He pointed out something that I didn't even know was there. I thought that was really cool. The best part was the realigning of my neck. Most people are afraid of that because of the sound, but please don't fear any of that with this doctor. Super nice, does it on the first go and the dopamine is INCREABLE. Dr. Vic is amazing. He took his time and was very friendly. He adjusted me in many places that I didn't think possible. Gave me an exercise program and actually explained why you have to drink so much water. A lot of doctors give you the general diagnosis, crack you and say goodbye. He explained which parts are misaligned, why something was swollen and what I could do to speed recovery. I highly recommend. read more

Miracle worker is an understatement! I severly sprained my left ankle where I slid down 2 ft of large rocks at penesquitos creek during a hike. I was in a boot for a month went to my regular dr for a follow up and was told I would spend another 3 months in a boot!! I couldn't even fully point or flex my foot, not to mention that my ankle was painful to put weight on and felt like pins and needles. Doc took a look at my ankle and said with a minor adjustment I should be good as new. He did a simple adjustment and I literally haven't needed the boot since. Not only did he get me out of the boot the day after my dr said I'd be in a boot for 3 more months but a week later I was able to wear my favorite heeled boot for a night out with no issues and no pain. It's been a month and I've got full mobility in my ankle and no pain. On top of fixing my ankle I did a simple neck adjustment and did away with my migraines, neck pain, and random dizzy spells. Dr. Vic is magical. I went into the office on Monday with horrible sciatic pain. It was constant, I couldn't sit could barely stand or walk without being in pain. After one adjustment I was already feeling better. I can't explain how much I appreciate my sessions with Dr. Vic. He really knows what he's doing and really does make everything better with each adjustment. But you have to go in and be consistent. I stopped going for a few months because I felt better and the pain came back after I suffered a hip injury. But again, I know all I need to do is go back to Vic. I came here with a Groupon that my friend got me, since I had a muscle spasm on my lower back. It was the 3 adjustments plus xrays. After the Groupon was over I felt much better compare to how I started. Although Dr suggested me to continue getting more. (I would if it was more affordable, I don't have insurance so I need to save money) The facilities are amazing, clean and the people working there as well are amazing. Michael, the assistant is so nice, made me feel so comfortable and made me smile every time I was there. He was so down to earth. Dr Krauss tried to fix me even with such small time since I only had 3 adjustment (with the deal I bought). And I thank him for that. You did the best you could in such a small time frame. Do not use this business. I was in an accident last year and my lawyer recommended them on contingency. This is a drive through chiropractor focused on building a medical claim and not about rehabilitating. The medical equipment is old, outdated, and feels used and ripped. I was signed up under contingency then after a couple of months the lawyer dropped the case, he sent documents to myself and the chiropractor. At that point I stopped going to this chiropractor continuing my treatment with my insurance. I am now being asked to pay for my treatment that was under contingency. This is money hungry shady business that is not concerned with its patients. read more

Supper quick and very friendly. I got a Groupon for an exam and three adjustments and I could not be happier that I did. I have bad lower back pain and get headaches alot. After the first two adjustments I stopped having to take pain medication all day everyday. Now I only take them when the pain gets bad. I woke up with the worst neck pain last week that landed me in the ER. I was discharged from the ER with muscle relaxers because they said I probably pulled a muscle and couldn't do anything more for me. After 2 days I still could not lift or move my neck. I called here, the front staff was compassionate to my situation, got me in the same day and it was an amazing experience. They took x-rays (which the ER hadn't even done) before my adjustment and allowed me to take time between each adjustment since it was so painful. After just two adjustments, I am thrilled to report I now have movement in my neck again, am back in work, and driving! I will definitely continue coming back to Better Life Chiropractic! read more

I am glad I made the thoroughly irrational decision to go for the long term treatment. I figure my back had a long time to work into its bad shape, and I love the positive atmosphere in the office. Dr Krauss explained that even if my spine could be made perfect instantly, it still would take time to free up all the nerves from being strangled by crooked bones and allow my body to heal itself. He said it would take a year, and I am happy with my progress. So many people told me I was being fed a line, but I think it would be like refusing to wear a cast on my arm if the break didn't heal in two days. Impatience is a human thing - healing is from God. I'm not an extrovert myself but I feel more welcomed than overwhelmed. There is a good spirit in the office which I greatly appreciate, and it comes from everyone, patients and staff alike. $617.34 for a single adjustment. I got an a rear end accident hit and run and was referred by a lawyer here. The slowest acting lawyer in all the world. They are now going to put me in collections over this debt because the other party's insurance refuses to pay. Attempted to email for a payment plan but it was ignored and they called saying nothing of the emails but threats of destroying my credit. I want to know why 2 short visits that did nothing were such outrageous amounts. Absolutely regret ever stepping into this office. This guy has a very nice manner on the phone. However, he truly outdoes any used car salesman I'VE ever met, with his super-fake smile, his bone-crunching handshake, and his manipulative tactics. I lost count of how many times he said, "I'm only trying to help you." Even after I requested that he stop saying that, he kept saying it!
