I am a nervous wreck when it comes to visiting the dentist due to bad childhood dental experiences (with a practitioner in Latham). When I first started visiting this practice I was living around the corner from the office, but I shortly moved back to Latham. I waited a few days after my dental appointment to post a review because I could not stop crying. (Don't worry they are all tears of Joy) Dr. Cerny's office is nothing but professional. Each member on her team plays a vital role. Alice is wonderful she goes above and beyond helping patients figure billing out so we don't have too. Amanda the dental assistant is always smiling and a will go out of her way to make you comfortable. Lisa the dental hygienist is real gentle and the whole time she is cleaning your teeth she's educating you about proper care of brushing/flossing.
