Choosing a place to care for your loved ones after a traumatic experience can be overwhelming for the family. My daughter was severely injured in an auto accident back in Jun 2025. After stays in the ICU, she was transferred to Kentfield Long Term Acute Care hospital in Marin the first week of July. With no experience of what to expect, we were terrified. She arrived late in the day at shift change and the staff/ intake nurse (Alexis) was so caring. She was about to finish up her 12 hour shift but decided to stay and finish with admitting my daughter and getting her all set for her extended hospital stay at Kentfield. She stayed at Kentfield for about 5 months. The care she received was nothing short of amazing. Her journey to recovery was jumped started there. When she arrived at Kentfield she was still sedated and in an unresponsive condition. She was on oxygen, Traec, feeding tube, in c-collar and back brace and had to wear a helmet when out of bed. Even though she was not able to actively participate in PT, OT and SP therapy, the therapists were there 6 days a week to ensure she received critical care. By end of July, she had began to track and started speaking. She regained controlled movement but was limited on her left side due to the stroke she had suffered during the accident and was finally able to participate in the recovery process. The exceptional care and assistance received from the Doctors, Nurses, CNAs, Wound care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Respiratory Therapists, Unit Clerks, Kitchen Staff, and House Keeping staff were just amazing. The location of Kentfield hospital provided a safe and relaxing environment for patients and their families. And although we know she has a long road ahead the care she received at Kentfield jumped started her road to recovery and prepared her for the next level of care at an Acute Rehabilitation Center. My family will forever be grateful for the care my daughter received and the compassion the Kentfield team showed us during the 5 months my daughter was there. read more

I can't speak highly enough of Kentfield Hospital. The entire experience from the moment my brother was admitted to this hospital due to severe brain injury has been excellent. We noticed such huge progress in my brother since he was admitted. All the medical staff were friendly and took the time to address all of our questions and concerns. My family and I could not be happier with the care that was given to my brother and to the amazing results. My father has been at Kentfield for 3 days so far and I am absolutely dissatisfied with the care he's received thus far. My father is newly non verbal. This new reality has been a challenging adjustment and after having a not great experience at Kentfield SF I was extremely hesitant about his next LTAC facility. I toured Kentfield and was pleasantly surprised. The facility is in a beautiful setting and the facility is clean. However, the care here has been scary and disturbing. Someone from our family is there to visit almost every day so we have been first hand how awful the responses times are. Just yesterday my father waited AN HOUR for a bed pan. AN HOUR after pressing the nurse call button someone finally came. Then they left him alone on the bed pan for FOURTY FIVE MINUTES!! That is completely unacceptable. Additionally, one the second day at Kentfield I noticed his Larry tube was not being cared for properly (like we were taught at the hospital). I asked the respiratory team about it and they admitted to having zero education/ knowledge around the kit we brought from UCSF which had all the Larry tube accessories and blamed ucsf for their lack of communication. I understand there are a lot of patients here. These are just 2 of MANY examples we've encountered while being here. If nurse response time is important to you stay FAR away from this place! I truly hope something changes and if it does I will happily update my review. I feel inclined to share this information so other patients do not suffer these terrible (and scary) response times. I will share one positive note, that the doctor we have been in contact with is good, and the care manager seems to want help us make this a success experience. But holy sh*t be aware. read more

The system of rehabilitation that they employ is quite aggressive in a positive way: we are always moving forward in the programs for my brother and never backward. I am impressed with the expertise of the staff and the overall friendly and professional attitude of all who work here. The room is kept clean and tidy, too. The worst place to bring anyone, even someone you do not care for. Nurses overwhelmed, incompetent management, & poor quality of healthcare to say the least!!! We need to unite in the power of many against harmful so called medical short/long term facilities etc. Taped medical equipment, no attentive medical help, food that dogs would shake their head & walk away. The therapy I received here was first rate, world class, caring, informed, insightful, life changing. DO NOT PAY A COPAY ONSITE. They have contracted billing with another organization who do not recognize receipts for onsite copay, in spite of mailed receipts, phone calls, emails. If I can give negative starts, Liaison lied to me about visiting hours, he told me that the visiting hours is from 8am - 8pm. only to find out that the visiting hours is from 9am-7pm. Kaiser didn't give Us any chance to pick a different facility or give us a list of Facilities, because they have contract with Kentfield, don't get me wrong there are sone few nurses here that you can see that they care, I feel bad for all the patients out here specially for my wife, call light response is a nightmare, people ignore the light most of the time, nurses will just pass by and I'm not sure if they pretend not seeing the light or they just don't care. They have extension numbers for the staff but if you call them, you have to call them 30-45 minutes in advance or sometimes like an hour, beacuse oh boy, you need to have a lot patience. Kentfield has been a true blessing for our family. Our case manager Debbie has been nothing short of fantastic - a terrific advocate for us and so responsive and caring. My dad came into the hospital barely out of his coma and under the care of Kentfield's incredible nurses and therapy staff (thank you Suzanna & Mike!! And dad's OT too, but I'm not in early enough to be with her much ), he's regained consciousness and the ability to respond to our commands, as well as chew and swallow. These are huge steps!! Also, when he was admitted we found he had a large & worsening bed sore and were so worried about what to do. The staff took it very seriously and rapidly switched his first bed out for a much better alternative - the bed sore started healing and has not been an issue since. Thank you Kentfield! doctors, nurse and therapist are okay. some cna's are lazy but you find that in every facility and hospital. but, the one person that can drag a review from 0 to negative 1 are the case managers especially the case manager name debbie. she is a liar, and doesn't have any care for patient's being. she will place the patient into a facility that doesn't meet the patient needs. we're my husband's case, he was placed into a facility , very far from home and the facility doesn't even meet his care and doesn't send them to the follow appointments they need. things that she will lie to you about are examples of: 1. convince you that the place she will send your love ones is good and taken care off. we're that's even far from the truth, and the only thing she cares about is money 2. will also lie that the facility is not accepting medi-cal if your private insurance will not cover anymore the stay. but, the truth is, the hospital does accept medicare & medi-cal, she just doesn't want to do the work 3. also lies about sending referrals that we requested, but it seems that the hospital is already contracted with pacific care at stanislaus county to send the patient there. and this place is another shit hole. so, if your hear this facility that she will recommend your love ones to be sent to, please! please! please! for the love of god reconsider and never to agree with it for the sake of your love ones health. another thing i can say about this facility is, they never reposition the patient who is bed bound and can developed bedsore from this place. just like what happened to my husband. read more

I've now been at kentfield rehabilitation & specialty hospital for 3 month due to an incident I had, that left me with multiple body fractures. I am now fairly close to being home. So I want to take the time to thank everyone here, who helped me and were very patient with me during my road to recovery. This is a terrible rehab hospital,A Doctor named Doris Purcell works there she is awful and was responsible for me having a muscle in my right leg getting torn and having to have 4 blood transfusions and 3 iron transfusions. Their lead Physical therapist who name is Kelsey is lazy and will not help you. The management is incompetent at best. read more

My Mom was a recent patient, tract in her throat and feeding tube in her stomach. She had been through many trials, dealing with different hospitals,once at Kentfield she was heard and healing took place. One person really stood out Mrs Charlene Anicete MSW social worker. Her concern really stood out to the point she has followed up to assure my Mom is doing well, and after care is being provided. Some people work for the check and those they serve can feel that. Some work for the people they serve and the ability to pay their bills, is the reward. She stands out as this one. I would like to take this time to acknowledge the superior treatment I received at Kentfield Hospital and Rehabilitation Center. I went into the emergency room 3 months ago with shortness of breath. My situation escalated to the point of having a tracheotomy performed. An allergic  reaction  to medication  caused my tongue  to swell  beyond my mouth and to my chin. No one could figure out how to return it to normal. After brief stays at three other facilities, I arrived here at Kentfield. I no longer had the ability to stand, talk or walk. The care I received has been attentive, caring, detail oriented and healing to my body and spirit. As I reach the end of my stay I want to acknowledge the fact that I wasn't sure that I would survive. But let me tell you that each team that worked with me provided a level of encouragement and motivation that boosted my morale. I found a desire to fight for my life. Dr. Satpathy found the cure for my swollen tongue. Amy and Sara in Physical Therapy taught me to stand, walk, and navigate stairs and other obstacles. My nurses, RT's and CNA teams included Martel, Islam, Histell, Tenzin D, Mindah, Wai, Ramona, Naomi, Jones, Terry, Molly,  Parvinder, Sherrell, Tammy, Big Matthew and a few others. My family's prayers and the staff at Kentfield are responsible for giving me a new enthusiasm for healing. I have learned to walk again, to speak clearly, to dress and feed myself. I have a list of employees who have gone above and beyond their duties to ensure my comfort and excitement at each milestone reached each day. As with any large organization, there are a few who could benefit from sensitivity training and a refresher on compassion. I have addressed this with the appropriate supervisors. There is no language to convey the depth of my gratitude. As I move forward from this place and continue to heal and resume my life, the journey I took with my team at Kentfield will remain a highlight of overcoming a crisis situation in 2020. read more

could say vile. i was sent here after waking up from my coma, the day I arrived was just beyond me I can recall most of what I saw ( I was still under heavy meds at the time). the hour I first arrived there they set me up in a room where it had red tape as curtons, still trying to comprehend at the time can most easily clearly recall that a sheriff (bald, native to South American, 30's 40's) held me down while allowing one of the workers there a round man from late 30' to mid 40's started to violate me. as they finally let me go (I couldnt lift my arm as both arms were broken) same day my family comes in sees me and immediately wants to move me out. a lady with short hair with round structure came in trying to defuse and convince my mother to have me stay at kentfield. I am coming foward about this because I now have all mobility back. this was within the month of June and August. read more

They lost my belongings and refuse to take responsibility. They have a signature on file with FedEx, which means they don't have to sign for packages. So they refuse to take responsibility for reimbursing me for the value of my items. The worst part is I had no other shoes, so when I finally got discharged from another hospital I was transferred to, the staff there felt sorry for me and brought used shoes from home so I couldn't have to leave the hospital in my stocking feet! Even the Kentfield police agree that it is Kentfield Hospital Marin's responsibility to reimburse me for the lost items. I sent them a registered letter asking for reimbursement and they ignored it. I have left dozens of messages that they also ignore. I do not even get a call back. Di not choose Kentfield Hospital Marin if you value your belongings or the clothes in your back!!! read more

About august 31, 2020, My father was transferred to this facility to continue his rehab because the other location did not accept his insurance. Before my father came here he was doing better and was getting ready to transition from there to going home. He was placed in a room with another patient who was loud and rude and understood English. September 6 around 8pm-9pm my father told the nurses he did not feel well and wanted to go to the emergency room, they ignored his request because they thought he didn't know his body or something. My mother was on FaceTime with my father and you can hear his roommate screaming bloody murder like something was going on, nurse went in to check on him and all he wanted was the remote control for the TV. Yet my father asked to go to the emergency room and they didn't try to help him. He was running a fever and moaning and groaning asking for help and they kept ignoring him. That night nobody checked on my father my mother was on FaceTime with him all night and noticed not once did anyone come in. About 7:30am September 7 they did their rounds and found my father unresponsive, he suffered a "heart attack" the quickly move the tablet and started CPR and they shocked him to try and saved him, ( which they could avoided if they actually listen to him and took him to the emergency room) they then called 911 and has an ambulance come and take him to the nearest hospital. He never woke up and they called us 3 hours later after everything had happen to tell us my father had a "heart attack" and was transferred to the hospital for observation. He passed away that night/morning around 12-1 am. Mind you my father never woke up and while he was in the emergency room they had him on a ventilator constant blood pressure medicine to make it go up and down To keep it fluctuate. This is the worst rehab center ever to bring your family. Don't do it because if you love them they will not come back. I should of listen to the reviews and send him some where closer and better. read more

My Sister was transferred there in Mid February after being at Kaiser SF since October for Severe Respiratory issues requiring ventilator support. She has a trach, and requires dialysis due to Kidney failure as a result of Covid Pneumonia collapsed lung- pneumothorax. She also came with a feeding tube to her abdomen. As of today no one has been able to tell me who the lead physician is monitoring or managing, or the decision maker with her treatment plan. The nurses get extremely offended and often rude when you ask for simple updates on the daily condition of the patient, or if you are questioning what the treatment plan is. I have not encountered not one nurse or doctor who had read my Sisters medical file from Kaiser. Some have listened when I have tried to provide a history on how she got to this point, but most times they do not care to hear what the family has to say. I was told that this facility could treat and manage a patient with my Sister's medical condition as well as provide rehabilitation to strengthen her to the next level of care to breathe without the assistance of the ventilator. The staff there don't seem to be experienced enough to properly care for a patient with severe medical needs, but are more focused on the rehab stuff. I have seen a decline in my Sister's condition and motivation to participate in rehab PT & OT. She was actively texting and interacting with family and friends, but that has declined as well. instead of trying to get yo the root cause, they take an oh well approach, and just say she doesn't want to do it or it's because of her medical issues. Even when I explain how vibrant she was when she got there. There's been issues with her feeding tube that I had to bring to their attention because my Sister told me! I've asked for the name of the Chief of Staff or head doctor in charge, and each time have been told that they will get back to me! How is it that no one knows who the head doctor or nurse is for escalation? No transparency as if they are hiding their deficiencies in lack of knowledge or patient care! I met 1 doctor who is a traveling doctor Salehi..who has taken the time to get a better understanding.. but she's not on staff full time.. who knows what happens when she leaves at the end of the week?. If your family member is heading there be prepared.. you will need to be a hands on advocate because who knows what happens or will happen if the patient doesn't have a voice for them. This place has been a nightmare truly concerned for patients well being and treatment! They need more oversight and accountability read more

My mom was recently discharged from Kentfield Rehabilitation Hospital. This was my 1st experience in dealing with a rehab hospital, and my review is mixed. I have rated them a kind 3 stars as its a very tough job, but as a concerned family member - I had expected more... 1) Its obvious the staff from doctor's, nurses, respiratory specialist, to case managers are WAY over worked 2) Patient meals were either missing or delivered very late 3+times (over two weeks) 3) Request for nursing to replace a dressing prior to discharge took over 1/2 a day and only completed with the follow-up of family members (reminders) 4) Its clear that if you have private insurance rather than straight medicare your duration of stay is measured based on health of patient and insurance coverage 5) The discharge process is rushed, and the scheduling of follow-up appointments with out patient physicians was a disappointment That being said - the staff at Kentfield have a really tough job and I have learn a lot about life through this experience. I would never want to trade occupations with these people and hope Kentfield take this review - the pluses & minus as feedback and work on those minus. Thank you from the family! read more

I'm only giving it a 1 star because most of the nurses are very nice. But otherwise do NOT send your elderly parent to Kentfield and hope they'll get better. They do the bare minimum and happily collect your insurance money. If a family member is not there overseeing the care, your parent will just sit in bed all day for a month. They will skip PT or OT if they are sleeping, eating or any other excuse to skip it. Garments are not changed regularly, they are not bathed or groomed regularly, the communication between departments and with the family is ZERO. Who knows what medication they are giving your elder (I asked repeatedly for the list. Never got it). They don't discuss anything with you. But found out they give every patient melatonin at night so they will sleep. My dad had 4 psychotic episodes at Kentfield where he was screaming absolute absurdities about weird things and had to be restrained. He was out of his mind. It was difficult to witness. My sweet mild mannered 88 year old dad who has NEVER had any psychotic episodes in his life! Yet they could not explain why this was happening. I just wonder what drug combo was causing this. He never experienced this in the hospital prior to Kentfield and not once at the skilled nursing facility after we left. They will not put anything in writing so beware of that too. So if you need acute care - be aware that the company that owns Kentfield also owns the only other 2 acute hospitals in the area. One in SF and one in Sebastopol. So you're screwed. You better be a good advocate. We're so glad we're out of there. read more

Hell on earth is how I would describe this prison masquerading as a rehabilitation center. From sedating my dad into oblivion, refusing to let him eat food other than his feeding tube for the entire month+ he was in your care, giving him bed sores from leaving him tied to a bed 23+ hours every day we weren't there, to wrapping him so tight his peg tube was embedded in his body for 2 days, restricting his hands so tight that his circulation to his hands was cut off and painfully swollen when my mom showed up. He had two medical "events" that required transfer to Marin Health, that went completely unnoticed until family pointed them out. Leaving him in soiled diapers because you don't have enough staff to help him get up to use the bathroom. Shall I go on? I cannot end without pointing out how HORRIBLE Debbie the case manager is!! Cold hearted, rude, snotty, and un empathetic! This woman could be the spawn of Satan. Don't expect her to help you get your family into an acute rehabilitation center close to your home! That's a "social issue" that she and medi-care don't care about! She is a wasted paycheck! If your hospital had any integrity, this woman would be fired! NO FAMILY deserves to be treated the way she treats people. You would have thought this place was the "hotel California" the way they don't want your family member to get better and go home! Scary!!! Dear Jesus help those poor souls trapped here in this hell hole with no advocate! Dad has been at a REAL, CARING, rehabilitation facility near our home for a few days now, and he gets REAL FOOD, POOPS IN A TOILET NOT A DIAPER, and is shockingly WAY MORE COHERENT than he ever was at your nightmare facility. I will be writing detailed complaints at the proper channels and I hope and pray they investigate your facility. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. There are a couple good nurses and therapists, but other than a couple people, this place is a nightmare. All those people who are strapped to beds and can't speak.... My heart is broken for them being stuck there in hell, at the mercy of your *caregivers*. read more

From the front desk darlings, Jennifer and Desma to Rita, and TJ but most importantly to my Physical therapist KIM, who has been by my side to help me get better from my shoulder replacement. She is a professional and really cares, what would I have done without her? I am writing this review as my father began his treatment recently at Kentfield after having a difficult time at a different LTAC facility. I have nothing but good things to say about Kentfield. We have seen a huge progress since bringing him here. The nurses, CNA's are incredibly attentive to his needs and make sure he is comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. The physician staff is caring and transparent. We had a great chance to talk to his attending and understand his plan of care. When it comes to the various therapies they offer, each member of therapy is very rigorous and focuses hard on getting a patient better. My father who is incredibly drowsy and incoherent is still attended to daily by his therapists who strive to keep him going. Even if he is conked out the entire day they still spend the time with him trying to at least get him moving involuntarily so he does not develop sores or lose muscle mass. Kentfield overall is an amazing place and very appropriate for someone with a brain injury. I am very confident as of now, they saved my father from negligence at his other LTAC facility, and I hope over time we can see some recovery with their honest and sincere efforts. read more

I have to say, this rehab center has treated my dad like a 5 star resort! The nursing staff have been magnificent. All the nurses my dad have had this last month have been extremely patient, extremely caring, and available at all time when we needs anything. They have gone above and beyond their duties to make sure my dad is comfortable. They also take their time to educate us on all the things they do. I want to especially thank Alma, Kurt, Luke, Jay, Lorena, and everyone else who has treated my dad. I can't remember everyone's name but everyone who has been in charge of My dad have been amazing, this includes the CNA's, the front desk have been amazing, the case manager, and the physical therapist have all have contributed to my dads speedy recovery. My brother has been at this hospital for months. His doctor, Dr. Parks is amazing & one nurse was extremely helpful & patient.This has been a very challenging & difficult time for our family, due to our loved one's health situation.Unfortunately there are a couple of staff members who are very disrespectful & rude, completely unnecessary. One In particular, the receptionist Alicia. She had a nasty unprofessional & confrontational attitude.Our family called to find out about our appointment for FaceTime since it was passed the time we had scheduled, since there are no visitors allowed. We made the appointment the day before. The receptionist answered & we explained that we are calling to follow up in regards to our FaceTime appointment & she asked who did u speak with?we explained she never gave her name but we gave her the time we called to schedule. Her attitude became more combative, she began to say" u don't know who you spoke to? I don't either? I don't know who told you that. She then said I'll just transfer you to the nurse on duty while still saying disrespectful things as she transferred the call. The receptionist is the first person you encounter when you call. They should be thoroughly trained to have empathy & compassion when people are calling for their loved ones. Instead she created a hostile & aggressive combative conversation. Once we were transferred to the nurse on duty, she explained she was unaware of the appointment & that she was very busy, but in an apologetic way. I explained why we were calling & she went to the same receptionist Alicia to see what she should do while still on the phone with me.The receptionist was even rude & very sarcastic with her. Not only did the receptionist act like the nurse was bothering her but she began to tell the nurse a little different story than what she told us before she transferred the call. As the nurse asked questions so that we could follow up the next morning she just became more rude & attitude so disrespectful towards her own co worker. So I told the nurse no need to continue to communicate with the receptionist I will call in the morning & didn't want her to continue to endure that unprofessional behavior. I thanked the nurse for her trying to help & hung up. This receptionist is a reflection on this establishment and has created a horrible experience. Not only are we saddened & worried about our loved one but now being disrespected by an employee is who paid to provide a positive experience. It was not done. This lady should not be employed in a work environment dealing with loss & sickness and a couple more employees should also be retrained on customer service practices & behavior. read more

I should have posted this years ago. My 56-year-old uncle suffered from a hemorrhagic stroke August 16, 2016.  He was in the ICU at the Highland Hospital in Oakland for several weeks.  He was intubated, had part of his skull removed to relieve the pressure in his brain, he had a feeding tube surgically placed.  He was on a propofol drip to keep him asleep for weeks.  Eventually, he was extubated, and able to breathe on his own.  He cannot move the right side of his body (the bleed was on the left side of the brain).  He also could not speak.  He developed pneumonia during his stay in the ICU.  When he was off the medications, and the breathing tube was taken out, he slowly woke up.  He was able to squeeze our hands to answer simple "yes or no" questions.  My uncle is in there.   At highland Hospital, a social worker approached my aunt, who does not speak English, with a Cantonese interpreter.  They were selling this Kentfield Rehabilitation and Hospital placement really well.  They claimed that Kentfield was an amazing place for brain injury patients, where they'll receive physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.   My family trusted the social worker about this place and my aunt allowed the transfer of my uncle.  My aunt was allowed to stay overnight so my uncle wouldn't be afraid.  As days and weeks went by, my uncle grew increasingly hungry - starved really.  He was receiving "nutrition" through his feeding tube, but the amount was small.  He was not receiving proper oral care, and ADL's (nursing 101).  My uncle begged for even a drop of water to wet his mouth, and the request was denied due to not having been evaluated by a speech therapist for his ability to swallow.  The evaluation did not take place for over a week after his arrival.  He failed his swallow test.  My mother and aunt showed up to Kentfield on Friday, 9/24/2016 to find my uncle was in wrist and ankle restraints.  His feeding tube was also disconnected.  When asked, the staff stated my uncle bit the feeding tube in attempt to drink the formula in the tubing.  My uncle was angry.  He was desperate for water and was angry when he was denied water. The staff members told my aunt to not stay over because "patients take out their anger on the family members".  My aunt went home.   On Sunday night, 9/25/2016, my mom, another aunt of mine, and my sister went to visit my uncle.  Upon entering the room, my mom and aunt saw the most terrifying sight. My uncle was lying in bed, bottom half naked, genitals exposed, both wrists tied to restraints, ankles in restraints, and clear goggles places over both eyes with a towel over his face, and lying in a bed of urine and stool.  He did not have a diaper on.  My mom was in shock, she quickly ran over to her brother.  My uncle is now able to communicate softly with words and short sentences.  My mom quickly took the towel off of his face, and my uncle exclaimed "scared scared scared.  Pain pain pain."  My mom and sister grabbed a staff member who immediately took off the restraints whatever was on his face.  Two men quickly came in and sprayed my uncle clean from lying in a pool of his own urine and stool.  My uncle's mouth was so dry, he was not able to open his mouth.   When my mom and sister approached the doctor about this clear abuse and neglect, he denied it all and stated "that would never happen here".  BUT IT DID HAPPEN.  Abuse and neglect to patients happen every single day, in facilities all over the world!  My uncle was lying in his own urine and stool with his genitals exposed for God knows how long.  He was physically restrained with a makeshift blindfold. read more

Overall I was happy with the nursing and therapy my dad received here after his motorcycle accident. It is mainly the lack of communication and the case manager, Debbie, that bring the review down to 2 stars. The lack of communication was disappointing. We were told over the phone that we could bring room decorations so we went and got some Christmas decorations to make my dad more happy and comfortable. Once we got there, they told me they couldn't bring in any decorations. My main complaint (and what took the star rating down) is with the case manager, Debbie. She was hard to get a hold of and never returned my calls. I asked for her help getting the doctor to do his part so my dad could get his disability and she pretty much refused. He was there 5 weeks and they never did it. I also asked for a room change because my dad's roommate was way too loud and my dad couldn't get any sleep, which is really important for his traumatic brain injury. She rudely questioned how I would know why my dad would need a room change. I told her not only did my dad tell me but we can hear the loud roommate on our FaceTime visits. I asked on week one for the room change and he never had one. I would recommend going somewhere else! read more
