I also had numerous cavities that are very small but there is no way they all showed up within the timeline between the time I saw this dentist and the time I've saw the new one. I truly believe at this point that they were just not telling me that I had these small cavities and were going to bring it up at a later date to get more $ from me. Continued previous review: If I could give this office a 0, I would. The quality of care over the years has gone WELL below a 0. Techs are rude as can be and straight-up mean. The doctor himself isn't a bad guy but leaves the techs to do the fillings after he does the drilling. They aren't good at it either. They talk about drama over your head and don't ever ask if you're alright. I was yelled at & told if I just listened to them then I wouldn't be gagging. I have health conditions and had never had a filling. They gave me the numbing shot and left me in the room alone. I was shaking and didn't know why and they said it was just my heart reacting to the medication. I have HEART problems and was never asked my medical history before they began. There is no use with braces here either, as soon as they're off - your teeth will move right back even with permanent retainers. I went to a genuine orthodontist for an opinion afterwards & was told the problem wasn't able to be fixed in the way it was approached so it was a complete waste of time and money. I'll never recommend and I'll never return.

Someone else did the cleaning (very roughly, you shouldn't be in pain after a cleaning) and kept saying he would come in and he never did. Now this year I scheduled a cleaning with a filling and they tell me it's just a filling and won't let me cancel without charging me $50 which is the highest cancellation fee I've ever heard of. I'll never be back. Horrible experience all the way around. 100% do not recommend.

We got your message this morning that you both were cancelling your appt's for today. Once you get your finances together & ready to reschedule, please call in to talk to our office manager. we cannot continue down the path of always rescheduling & cancelling your appt's. Most night guards, crowns, retainers , etc can be made without the need for traditional impression materials. The saying " a picture is worth a 1000 words" holds true when you see a leaking filling or a fractured tooth on the screen when a special intra-oral camera is used during the exam. Maybe best of all, dental injections can be avoided when cavities are diagnosed and treated early using the dental laser. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable and caring. I was givin a six to eight month expectation to have braces, but ended up having them on over a year. That was extremely disappointing. I feel if one of the orthodontists would have checked on me each visit this wouldn't have happened. My first appointment the assistant who was with me told me adult patients were their worst patients... Thank you for that, but being an adult I knew I wanted the braces off my teeth and worked to do everything possible to speed that along. Appointment waits were at least 10 minutes. Over all, I didn't feel like they knew how to deal with adult patients. My time is important to me I wanted to be in, be seen, and go on with my day.

And unfortunately you are the only side held to your obligations. Was quoted a 24 month plan for my braces. Paid my down payment, started my plan and made all of my payments on time and in full. At the end of the 24 months they are still quoting me at least another 12 months in treatment (not because of anything on my end, I came to every visit when the visit was needed and even reminded them multiple times of what they originally quoted me verses where we were currently at, which they told me to do but again if you are doing your best in a timely manner why would you recommend your patients to continuously remind you of the timeframe???), but at this point my payments are complete and paid in full. Thousands of dollars out of pocket. A few months down the road I discuss POSSIBLY moving out of state with them and was told I would receive a large chunk of my payments back to cover the estimated remaining 12 months in treatment with a new orthodontist. With this information we decide to make the move, 10 hours away. Spoke with not one, not two, but THREE different associates in office on multiple occasions who ALL said the said THE SAME thing about getting a portion of my money back since I would need to start with a new office and were so far off schedule from the 24 months they quoted me. I was given a lady named Barb's card and told if I have not received my refund in a few weeks to call her. Took me almost 2 weeks to actually be able to speak to Barb only for her to tell me I would be getting nothing back since the office's obligation was the 24 months and now I'm outside of the 24 months. Basically said sorry the office lied to you, not our problem. This office only cares about getting your money, NOT about actually taking care of you or doing so in a timely manner.
