I was able to get a quote online and everything was handled seamlessly. The house looked and smelled fresher compared to before, which was a huge relief! While I did have to remind the ladies a few times to wipe the light switches, and a few spots were still missed, i dont blame them since its a larger home and they had already spent 3+ hours cleaning. It's tiring! I ended up spending another 1 hour myself spot cleaning after they left, but thats due to my own OCD higher standards. Love that they made my carpets looked vacuumed. This was a two day project, I helped as much as I could with pulling trash out of the home and providing cold water to the ladies, all of whom were very nice and professional, and did a great job. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. I had scheduled my cleaning for a Sunday afternoon and received a call from Kiran saying that the team they had originally assigned was going to be later than the original time slot because they were at another place. Unfortunately that wasn't going to work for me so Kiran came herself to clean my place! She and Alex did an amazing job and made sure everything was clean and pretty! They were super nice and Alex ended up having to help me clean off a couple of things that were in the garage that I was taking with me (because I can't do spiders) and even helped me put them into my car because they were heavy. They made sure both places look shiny, fresh, and move-in ready without the unnecessary (and expensive) deep clean that many other companies I contacted insisted on. What impressed me the most was how well the staff communicated. Raquel came to my place knowing well what my specific cleaning requests were. She focused on the areas (e.g kitchen wall tiles, fridge drawers etc.) exactly the way I asked her to. Before leaving, she always made sure I would be able to check her work and ask to address any areas as needed.
