We had a venue booked, and a date, and that was about it - we didn't really know what else we were doing. When Gail asked what time we needed her to arrive on our wedding day, we had no idea. Of course, Gail is so accustomed to weddings that she ended up planning our day-of schedule for us in order to figure out when she needed to arrive. So, we got some wedding planning help as an added bonus. Gail takes beautiful, non-gimmicky, photojournalistic wedding photos. My sweetheart is not a person who loves a camera, but Gail made him feel at ease, and even got him to smile for a few pictures. Gail is unobtrusive, which was very important because we got married in a small side room at a restaurant which was a tight squeeze already. Gail didn't get in the way at all, she was like a photo-ninja and took outstanding photos without me even noticing that she was taking them. Gail alerted us that she would take a little longer than usual on editing and sending us our photos because of a planned trip. Even though she gave us a heads-up on the timing issue, she still offered us a photo print credit for the delay. Gail delivered our photos in less than two months of the wedding, and all the photos look awesome. Gail has no gimmicks, no goofy suggestions for weird Pinteresty photos (unless you're into that, which is fine, and I'm sure she'd support you 100%). She takes good photos, is wonderfully calm and kind, and is a pleasure to spend time with!

They really put us at ease, and I was so much more comfortable and relaxed before the ceremony. We also added on a Polaroid package to our reception, and this retro touch was a big hit. We considered lots of different options (i.e. photo booths, flip books) for the reception, and not only was the Polaroid station the most affordable, but we also got to keep one of the cameras! If you are looking for a unique reception activity Polaroids are a great option, and if you want beautiful photos and amazing service, Giorgio and Sarah are the absolute best!!!

We were not supposed to get married until September, but my father suddenly began terminally ill. We found out on a Wednesday and we decided that we would get married that Saturday so he could be there. I called Sharon on Wednesday and explained the situation. She dropped everything and made sure to make it to our wedding. She shot our whole wedding and it was gorgeous! She is absolutely fantastic with the kids and she has an amazing ability to catch special moments that happen in the blink of an eye. Myranda is a true professional. Just last month, May 2011, we had a family photo shoot where I asked her to get head shots of the kids and family photos. She delivered on all counts. Her assistant, Laura, worked extra hard to provide proofs of the kids' head shots because I hoped to have enlargements in time for my daughter's birthday party (4 days after the shoot). I couldn't make up my mind in time so I didn't get the pictures, but that was at no fault of Myra Photography! I have since received my CD and am an extremely satisfied customer!
