He replied my texts very quickly. Renovations were started before New Year's and I am able to show the property to prospective tenants earlier rather than later. His prices are very reasonable, and he will work with your budget. If you're an owner of an investment property, from out of state, he will work with you. Not only did Lee finished quickly, I was surprised to hear from him on a Saturday evening.

The work was completed in a timely manner, and all work was professionally done. (Curt is a perfectionist in his work.) We also had Spires Construction paint two of our bedrooms at a later date. All furniture was moved (and returned in place) by Curt and crew without physical assistance from me or my husband. The work was completed in one day, and there was no lingering smell of paint in the house even though the work was completed in the winter season. I highly recommend this company for any projects that you are considering. I will be using them in the future for any of my home improvement projects.

I do not recommend this contractor. The workmanship was consistently poor, and several aspects of…read morethe project were handled unprofessionally. He was hired to install vinyl flooring and repair soft spots using OSB, yet the issues were not corrected and in some areas were made worse. Scraps of vinyl were wedged beneath the flooring in an attempt to make the surface appear level, resulting in rising sections and visible gaps along the walls. The soft spots were not repaired but simply covered. He was also contracted to complete drywall work, during which multiple electrical outlets were covered, joint compound was left splattered across the floors, and sanding was either incomplete or entirely absent in several rooms. No cleanup was performed after any stage of the work. Throughout the project, he repeatedly commented on other jobs he was "missing out on" because mine was taking too long. As the current client, my project should have been his priority, completed with professionalism and pride in workmanship. Instead, after the first week, he began arriving late in the afternoon rather than in the mornings, communication deteriorated, and he displayed frustration when concerns were raised. Overall, the contractor took advantage of a situation that required careful resolution, demonstrated poor communication, and delivered substandard work.

They sanded and put on 4 coats to protect them from heavy use. They were on time, worked hard, and did not leave a lot of dust from the sanding. Their price was very fair. Our house was built in 1930, so the floors are 95 years old and look like new. We will ask them to return in the future to do the other rooms.

Segor Painting recently painted pretty much the entire interior of our new house. Overall, the work…read morewas mostly high quality, the price was competitive, and the project finished around estimated time. If there was any area I would say there could be an improvement: some trim and surfaces were not well-masked or covered and dried paint and dust had to be scrubbed and cleaned off of trim, floor, or other surfaces. This was not the end-of-the-world and Segor did some of this clean up, but some was left to us and I would prefer if this could have been more avoided.
