John arrived with a large variety of samples, and he made informed recommendations about practical floor options to best update all of the rooms in our condo. During this same visit, John measured all of the rooms and helped us decide on both carpeting and hard flooring in under two hours. Written estimates were provided to us via email before the end of that same day. We were able to schedule installation within a couple of weeks. We probably could have had the installation scheduled even sooner, but we had painting that we had scheduled to complete first. We were no longer living in our condo when the installation occurred.
