I came in for a cast reevaluation and was seen by Dr. Justin Meyer, DO (Attending Physician) and Dr. Marcus Wong, MD (ED Provider). My care was delayed for hours because the clinic did not have the proper machine/equipment needed to treat me, leaving me in ongoing pain. When I said I wanted to leave due to the prolonged delay, I was pressured to sign an AMA (Against Medical Advice) form. I calmly stated that I would not sign it, as I was not leaving against medical advice -- I was leaving because care could not be provided. At that point, one of the nurses snatched the pen out of my hand. This behavior was disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Patients should never be treated this way, especially when they are in pain and advocating for themselves. The nursing care throughout the visit felt disorganized, and I also observed another patient being made to leave during this time. I will be updating this review once I obtain the nurse's name. I hope management reviews this incident seriously. Patients deserve timely care, clear communication, and basic respect.

Dr. Coppola performed an emergency surgery on my sister back in the day, and that went very well. My Dad had a consultation and second opinion with Dr. Wahba. He answered all our questions and was patient. Hope we never need their services again cause who likes to get injured!! If we do, then we know where to go.

In my third visit with her, today, I had to literally walk out and won't be back! I asked other staff if she was just having a bad day. So consistently condescending but today she was actually rude. I asked about side effects of a particular drug she stated no one had ever complained to her before and dismissed my question. Then when I asked her to clarify something she got irritated with me and started with more condescension. If you don't agree with her she will belittle you into thinking you're the one that's wrong rather than explaining like most doctors! No thanks! Update: 04/15/26 - I spoke with Dr Gilli on the phone and it's seems they are somewhat flippant and unapologetic in their attitude towards the situation. I don't feel comfortable with this response that she "always" treats patients with respect after I conveyed the opposite in a professional manner over the phone. This was damage control gone wrong imo. Black box warnings are serious and it's too bad this Dr. doesn't care to make any changes as she is a 25 year employees with the company. My first time here since switching new insurances and had to come here for myself (dry, wheezy…read morecough, with mild congestion). Considering it is the cold months, it wasn't busy coming in on a weekday mid afternoon (they close at 8pm daily). Office was very clean. Wait time wasn't too bad (15mins that's including the time I had fill out paperwork). Staff were very welcoming, nice and patient. They ask that you kindly wear a mask if you don't show up with one (no biggie!). I knew I would have some sort of respiratory issue but wasn't expecting bronchitis. I saw the NP and she was so nice and thorough. Administered an injection, breathing treatment while I was there, and ordered the recommended medications for further treatment. Overall my experience there went really great and so happy I got to come. I felt seen and heard - oppose to other urgent care places where you're rushed out the door. Thank you for taking care of me.

I just started coming to this facility, and I really like it!…read more I've only had the pleasure of meeting my PCP doctor once, but can tell she's a very good doctor, takes the time to listen and ask questions & was just an easy person to talk to and open up with. I had a broken foot so she ended up putting in an (expedited) referral to see the foot specialist, which just so happened to be located on the second floor! The very next day the referral was approved and the podiatrist office (foot doctor) was calling me to set up an appointment for THAT following day... Super fast! I've seen the podiatrist a handful of times since then, and he's a really cool guy as well! Communicates well and definitely has your best interest at heart! Pretty funny guy too! I've also gotten my blood taken here per my doctor's request, and have had several foot x-rays done here as well, I love that everything is located in ONE building!! The building isn't even super huge either! so it's easy to navigate around. They even have an ER! Plus I've noticed that they're hardly ever busy! It's pretty much empty every time I've come! wait times are no longer than 10 minutes at the most. My last appointment I was 30 minutes early and they were able to get me in right away! Just seems to good to be true lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, so grateful to have Dr Raju (her nickname) as my PCP and BFMC as my doctors office. -The end.

She kept trying to tell me that she was calling me to collect personal information for over an hour prior to my apt yet I didn't have one voicemail or missed call from the business. The same employee was also adamant to collect a coinsurance when I have no such thing. I know my insurance inside and out as I'm a cancer patient. I offered proof to the employee and she didn't want to hear it. I made an appointment with another urgent care.
