I originally grew up in the area, and I will regularly drive my van the 2 hours from Cincinnati to have it serviced here every time. These guys are honest, don't do unnecessary "fixes" and will take care of you. Both me and my husband have had our cars worked on here, as he owns a Dodge and I own a Chrysler. We were getting his tuned up before heading to Florida a few years ago, and they found some big enough problems to cause us concerns, but knew we had a vacation planned and offered us a vehicle to drive down there if we wanted. Like who even mentions that without us throwing a fit?! These guys. They will help you fight warranty issues too if they exist. I've had some pretty crazy issues withy vehicle, one of which we still haven't found the issue for. They have never not called me to go over literally every option. And give me pricing on every single different type of issue that may come up. They've helped me bypass minor issues that aren't worth the cost of actually fixing in previous cars as well. Like a heater coil that's not needed in summer until I can get the funds. They're pretty good at calling you back and answering every stupid dumb girl question I can ask lol. All in all they're a pretty stellar group of guys who actually want to help.

When we talked on the phone noone even mentioned flat rates and anything like that, when they arrived they pulled our company truck with trailer (which was stuck in mud and snow in a parking lot) about 3-4 meters, in fact they did it to make it even worse, truck stuck even deeper in the mud, then they called as an started to blackmail us, they asked for 1500$ for pulling him out or they offered to just leave if we paid 500$ for the call itself, otherwise they wouldn't let us go from the hook, our company drivers were freezing outside, dirty and wet from sleet outside, they begged us to pay that 1500$ so they could get out of there and we had no choice but to pay Jackson Garage for pulling truck like 10 meters, they drived like 60 miles at best (as it was saturday after 5PM it maybe cost 3-4$ per mile, yeah and it's called flat rate if you have to pay 1500$ for 60 miles driving), how come we were forced to pay 1500$ for something like that, if you ever encounter this towing company, do not use their service, there is a good reason guys before us canceled the deal on them and we should have done the same, these guys are scammers, I mean who instead of helping you out, pull you into even deeper mess and then blackmail you.
