Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. Bought a Kia from them had it for 12 days check engine light flashed. Had a warranty. I'm almost a month into this and still don't have my vehicle and won't assist with a loaner Also when old car I traded in was towed they smashed it before I could get any of my things out of it. Did I love my experience here? No, definitely not great but I got a car in the time crunch I had. The detailing could be better and it seemed as if every car on the lot needed new tires. ** Dealership is not honest about condition of vehicles. ** My husband and I were interested in a 2016 F-150. We spoke with Lonnie, about purchasing. We asked for photos and details about the truck before making the over 4 hour trip to Celina, OH. Several phone conversations as well as texting of photos and additional questions. When we opened the door, the cigarette smoke smell hits you in the face. The damage to the interior was terrible. Stains on all the seats. The trim was badly scratched and dinged. We were told the stains were shadows in the photos. Lonnie said "it looks like the backseat was never been sat in". However, on the back of the drivers seat was a rip in the seat and many scruffs from a pet/child. When Lonnie was confronted about the condition and how we were lied to, he became very defensive and raised his voice to make sure all around heard "I didn't lie". We have text conversations to prove otherwise. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would avoid Kerns. They are not honest and their customer service is terrible. read more

How I wish my "new" car adventure didn't take me 2 hours from Cincinnati. But with this place? Totally worth it. The rep Craig I had been working with, had gone on vacation by the time I had time to get up to Celina. Del, in the finance department more than took care of everything I needed. He made sure I found the car that I liked, and bent over backwards to get me approved in my parameters. He took care of everything that I needed over the phone and online, so that when i drove up only once to go pick up my car, everything was perfect! I got more done with talking to them on the phone and telling them what I wanted than I got anywhere walking around with a salesman. They did a stellar job, and i love my car :) read more

This was one of my best experiences I have ever had with a vehicle purchase. I found the vehicle my husband wanted on Cargurus.com. The vehicle was being sold by Kerns, which was 1 1/2 hours from our home. We would have drove or flown anywhere for a vehicle. We however in the end decided to go here. I am a difficult customer as I know exactly what I want and exactly how I want it done. This did not deter them from selling me the vehicle of our choosing. They stayed with it and remained pleasant. Gary had good answers and was not pushy. The finance manager Rich was very professional and "sincerely" wanted to help make the deal go smoothly. Most everything was done via email and phone calls. By the time we arrived the next day in Celina the paperwork was neatly prepared. It was just a matter of signing and out the door. This took less than 20 minutes. I believe had they not been so busy it would have taken even less time. They knew our time was limited and they took this into consideration. Not only was the paperwork ready but the truck was washed and presented to us ready to go. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. I see myself buying another vehicle from these guys some day. If you are looking for a great deal, with NO hassle, and friendly "HONEST" people then this is where you go. read more

Service department in Celina, ohio, is awful. Each time I take my vehicle, I have an issue. Could be they left oily fingerprints all over interior, oil change tag was not for my vehicle, and poor customer service from whatever man answers the phone. I purposely chose not to go there bc of their inefficiency and poor customer service, yet recalls force me to. Guess I'll need to drive further to avoid this location. Had a recall on my old cop car done couple years ago worked great at first and worked good prior to bringing it in but almost 2 years later the same part goes out and been back-and-forth with them for over a week and they've told me that the recall part is out of warranty even though it's a recall if I ever have a recall or want to buy another Ford in the future I'm sure going elsewhere never in my life I ever had to deal with something so ridiculous from a car dealership it proves that the Ford name isn't something you can trust anymore read more

This has turned into one of the worst buying experiences of anything in my life. Traded in a a perfectly fine car for what turned out to be a total lemon! Within just a month of trading for it, the car required a $2,000 repair. I have the bills to prove. I purchased the full warranty they sold me at the start and of course the warranty company did not cover the repair. The dealership did NOTHING to help and passed on blame. A larger size gear was put in that the warranty company "thinks" caused my problem, but was proven untrue by the shop that fixed it. When looking at trading the car at another dealership, I was alerted that this car was in an accident prior to my purchase (which I was not told about) and was imported from Canada with electronics that are not common in cars in the United State (yup, not told about that either). Less than six months after trading for this, was offered $6,000 less than what I paid. BEWARE! read more

At 8:30pm the night before the morning of the trade, they called me up and told me that the vehicle was "no longer available", because some guy walked in and left a $200 cash deposit on it. Should have told the guy that the car was spoken for. Bad business. Screw these guys. read more

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FORM this Dealer They do not hold any of there Mechanics responsible for any wrong doings. I had a client that I work with that bought a cargo van threw this dealer they called him to fix a recall that the lied about fixing in the first place long after he had bought it. He then took it in to have it fixed a few weeks later his van then was destroyed. He took it to the nearest Ford dealership which then said that the recall part that was replaced was missing and that was why his Van was destroyed. My client took this information to The owner and GM of Kerns Ford Lincoln just to get the run around. They told him that ford was responsible for fixing this Van not them he called ford and you guessed it They said it was the dealerships responsibility Because they installed the part. This has not just happened to him but multiple people. The dealership is now trying to drag this out as long as they can to avoid paying for something THEY broke because if my client goes bankrupt or gets the Van reposed They are legally free of the burden. It is a sneaky and shady way of doing business. They also own 3 other dealership so beware of those too because its just not the employees that are doing this its the owner as well.
