The office is overbooked, with a crowded waiting room and long wait times. My appointment was scheduled for 10 AM, yet I sat for 40 minutes without even being checked in. When I approached the front desk to ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork, the receptionist informed me that she hadn't even gotten to my name yet. I asked how much longer it would be and if I should reschedule, but she couldn't give me an estimate. Instead, she vaguely stated that it "doesn't mean it will be a long time." She was initially unwilling to reschedule my appointment until another staff member stepped in and offered to do so. By that point, I had already decided to find a more organized and professional dental office--one that actually prioritizes cleanliness, because this place was filthy. I would not recommend Dental Dreams to anyone looking for quality care and good customer service.

Dr. Steingold prefers to meet each new patient for an exam before any work or preventive service is done, so I came in for this meet and greet. Dr. Steingold is pleasant and knowledgeable and completed a thorough exam of my mouth. I have good teeth, but a few other interesting things such as large tori on the bottom and TMJ with a jaw misalignment that makes people cringe when they hear my jaw crunch and crack when I chew. Everything was noted with one surprise of a cracked off filling on one of my back teeth. My cleaning scheduled for a week later went very smoothly and I was in and out in a timely manner. In the interim between my initial exam and my cleaning I received a Welcome to the Practice postcard which I thought was a really nice gesture, who does that any more? Not many, and I think it's a good indication of the care I will receive at my visits. They offer a discount off if you have someone that refers you. So far, I'm happy that I switched my dental work here and look forward to their service.

When my daughter was 2 years old she threw a huge crying fit. Didn't want the hygienist or doctor to touch her or even go near here. Thankfully in my opinion they handled it very well. The doctor kept his distance and eventually the hygienist was able to clean her teeth. Eventually my daughter got familiarized with the team and the doctor was able to fix a chipped tooth and it looks great. Fast forward to today (yesterday to be exact) my daughter really enjoyed her cleaning. One thing I really appreciate as a parent is when the employees actually take their time to make my children feel comfortable and even conversate with them. Waiting area is always clean. The examination/cleaning rooms are always clean. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends, for I have not had a problem with them.

Wisdom teeth removal was fine but my root canal failed it's still causing me pain and I think the crown is too big and the filling they did fell out within a year and the tooth cracked. Dentist also suggested grinding the stains off of my front teeth which resulted in blotchy white and yellow spots on my teeth. I am not happy with the results of anything other than my wisdom tooth removal which was a simple extraction.
