I had previously stopped going to Dental Dreams due to a bad experience, but I decided to give them another try, hoping things had improved. Unfortunately, I was disappointed once again. The office is overbooked, with a crowded waiting room and long wait times. My appointment was scheduled for 10 AM, yet I sat for 40 minutes without even being checked in. When I approached the front desk to ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork, the receptionist informed me that she hadn't even gotten to my name yet. I asked how much longer it would be and if I should reschedule, but she couldn't give me an estimate. Instead, she vaguely stated that it "doesn't mean it will be a long time." She was initially unwilling to reschedule my appointment until another staff member stepped in and offered to do so. By that point, I had already decided to find a more organized and professional dental office--one that actually prioritizes cleanliness, because this place was filthy. If you are in a rush do not schedule here I had a appointment time for 11:30am showed up 20 minutes early they let the walk ins go first even before scheduled appointments waited over a hour for my visit. Would give more stars if they could respect peoples time people don't have hours to wait on an appointment they made sure to schedule a head of time. read more

I have been using them for over a year, I recently was in an accident and suffered some devastating mouth injuries. My Dentist and the entire staff have been more than fantastic. During a difficult time they put me at ease. read more

This place is the worst peadatric dentist you can take your child. They staff rude, unprofessional, and ghetto. The dentist himself is an asshole and he's not very gentle with the kids. This place should be called dental nightmares. Your child will be terrified of the dentist when they step out this place. And appointment haha. You'll be there for hours before you're seen. They pile everyone up in that small sitting area. My son and I feel asleep in our car like homeless people waiting well over two hours for our appointment. Because the sitting area was full and there was no social distancing going on in there. I don't recommend this place. I wouldn't take my dog there. read more

Definitely not some place I will go again. The front desk staff are rude. The Dentist is running all over the office. My appointment was for 10:30. It was 11:30 before I went to the back. The hygienist knocked over a bunch of cans/bottles, picked them up with gloves hands & did NOT want to change them before starting care. Dental Dreams. It seems like it would be such a friendly place. Right? Well, hold on. I visited the Eastpointe, MI location and was seen by a Dr. Morozova. It's important to be fair, and so I'll dole out credit where it's due before moving on to the nightmare that I endured at the hands of this woman. As a dentist, Dr. Morozova did a fine job. I came in with a front tooth chip, and left without one. Moving on. This dentist is an example of the very reason people fear dental appointments. She is rough and cold, and she doesn't care if she inflicts pain. She becomes angry and frustrated if you react to any pain she's causing. When we first met, I was smiling, upbeat and friendly, and didn't think I had a reason to not expect the same in return. They are called, "Dental Dreams" and there are children's drawings all over the lobby, right? Wrong. She was ice cold. I never once saw her teeth. She had an unhappy slash for a mouth, she barely acknowledged me while looking at my X-rays, and when she did, she was patronizing and rude. I followed suit, and fell silent. The second gauze went into my mouth, I knew I was in trouble. She snapped and condescended, while roughly examining my mouth. When I flinched under her sharp metal tools, she barked at me to stop moving. I'd close my eyes, and think, "It's okay. I can do this." then she'd stab me, I'd flinch, and she'd heave a giant sigh, then explain to me as if I were nine, that "moving isn't smart" and "If I move, she moves." How can a dentist not know how to handle patients who are afraid of the dentist? How? What is wrong with this person? At the end of my appointment, she had the unmitigated NERVE to not just suggest, but insist that I see a Dr. for anti-anxiety meds. Shocked, I told her that I would do no such thing. She then argued with me, and again with the condescending tone, "Hmph... well you obviously need them" Is it even legal for her to say that to me? A dentist ordering me to take meds? Still shocked, I asked if she understood that she was telling me to take benzodiazepines. She nodded, "Yes! Yes that's what I'm telling you to do. You need them!" Her assessment of me came after I apologized for being "anxious" over what had just occurred. I apologized to HER. See, I was a little thrown by the bonding process, because I'd had my front tooth fixed when it first chipped, and the (expensive) dentist I saw then did not do half of what Dr. Morozova did. She didnt fasten, or bond, one tooth to the other, but rather filled in the chip, which explains why it later broke so easily. When I told Dr. Morozova this --she didn't believe me? Apparently, I was lying? She had me feeling so uneasy, and when I was finally putting my coat on in an uncomfortable silence, I decided to kill the elephant in the room with an apology. Instead of keeping the peace, or just behaving humanely, and offering one in return, she threw her insulting verbal script for benzos at me. I cannot recommend this place with their misleading, happy and playful rainbow logo, to anyone. No. No, no. Friends, you don't want to bring your children there. I'M having nightmares about my time there, and shudder to think about the effect my experience would have on a seven-year-old. Can I ask who on earth decided to employ this woman? Who interviewed her, and what were they thinking? I made an appointment because of a promo I received in the mail that had sunshine, and smiling people underneath the words DENTAL DREAMS in a primary-colored, childlike typeface, and never, never in a lifetime would've expected what I ended up with. I'm curious to know who could spend even three minutes with Dr. Morozova, then come to the conclusion that, "Yes. She's a perfect fit for our happy little office!" There is something deeply wrong with Dr. Morozova. She is positively horrid. After my nightmare appointment, she personally shuffled me to the door and told me to "just go". As if I was about to make another appointment. As if I'd do that. read more

I wouldn't even give them one star. My appointment was @11:00. I called and asked if it was ok if I came in @11:30 they said yes not a problem. I got there @11:30 checked in and said my son had an apt at 11 I called and the lady behind the desk who I wasn't even talking to under her breath said "appointment at 11? It's 11;30 does she know the time." I said yes I called and they said it was fine thank you. ANYWAYS. They finally put us in a room at 12:00. We waited in the room until 12:45 without being seen. I asked how much longer she said she's finishing up and we will be next. Another 15 minutes goes by and still nobody has came in the room. I waited over an hour & a half with two small kids and nobody even started the cleaning. The place is dirty and disgusting. Everyone there is rude and it was all together very unprofessional. I went to facility as an emergency new patient due to a broken tooth. I waited 4 hours to be seen then when waiting at the front desk and asked to make returning apt the woman at front desk starts arguing with me callin me names including 'white bitch' and said she'd beat me up outside I was appalled and definitely will let everyone know of the staff they house read more

I went to Dental Dreams in the fall. Had an issue with a tooth. They took care of my issues but my benefits had run out for the calendar year. I called in May to make another appointment. Waited a week and when I went in they said "We have to reschedule because we can't verify your insurance.". Really? You had a week to do that. But I rescheduled for 3 days later. I went in last Thursday and had to leave work early for the appointment. My appointment was for 4:30. I was there on time. I waited about 15 minutes then got called to the back. The Dentist finallly came in around 5:30 - glanced my xrays from back in the fall and quickly looked in my mouth and after maybe a minute she said "one tooth needs to come out and one needs a crown. I will take your chart up front to have them calculate the charges" and she was out. I then waited in the room another 20 to 25 minutes and then walked up front. The cost was thru the roof. The cost for a tooth extraction was ridiculous - more than the 2 I had done in the fall. They listed me as an EMERGENCY appointment so they could charge more - no - I was a regular appointment. I began questionning. The girl at the desk had no idea what she was doing and got a different amount each and every time she entered it. There were originally over a dozen employees buzzing around - now only a few. She wanted to ask the Dentist something - but wait - The Dentist had gone home already. What amount my friggin tooth I came in here for? It was now well after 6:00 - nearly 2 hours there and nothing. I voiced a complaint and then conplained on their website but no one wants to answer. There biggest money makers are the Medicaid people coming in. They could care less about people with private insurance. They were to call me back on Friday - still haven't heard anything. I won't be going back to them. read more

Extremely unprofessional. Niki who answered the phone didn't identify the location just said, "Hello" and when asked if it was Dental Dreams, she said "Oh yeah my bad" and hung up on me. I eventually spoke with another woman who was equally as rude and unhelpful. This office clearly takes no pride in their customer service or how they treat the general public. If they are unable to hire polite professional personnel for the front desk, I don't have much faith in the quality of Dentists and Dentist Assistants they are able to hire. Don't waste your time or money at this location. Find somewhere else. read more

This place is a money grab they will take your money for X-rays and consolation but when it comes time to do the work they refer you else where and the people are not quick to answer questions. Dent came into booth and asked how many teeth we were pulling today I replied your the dentist you tell me then asked for med release form and said they don't have it for my mother ( patient) I said they both were faxed and I followed up you have /had them then she left and cane back and said she didn't feel comfortable wiring on my mother who was looked at had xrays and scheduled a appt. now she wasn't comfortable. I asked where is dentist that seen her first she replied he's only here Tuesday and Saturday I aske if he could call me they then told me that this Tuesday tomorrow will be his last day in that office. I was given a referral then asked to leave I did ask on way out at the front desk why she was charged for X-rays and consolation fees if no work was being done here the dentist then came back up to the counter asked it the referral form back and I simply said no that this place was a money grab and I was telling insurance do not pay them they did nothing to help Stay AWAY FROM THIS PLACE read more
