I had to get my car inspected during COVID 19 quarantine and they were able to accommodate me with an appointment while you wait. They quickly pulled it into the bay and inspected every inch of that vehicle. Very reasonable and very professional. Staff is always friendly. They give my dog and grandchildren treats when you buy gas. They clean your windshield when you fill up. It's a pleasure to go here! read more

Though this is my first experience with Kerrigan Automotive, recommended by a friend, every indication is that they provide "exceptionally good" auto repair. Be glad they are here if you need them. The reason I say this is that this shop has demonstrated very high attention to most of these positive traits of great shops: (1) Are Customer Service oriented. (2) Are Honest and will tell you what they know or do not know. (3) Are careful not to make assumptions before they check. (4) Are able to do complex repairs in a minimum number of visits. (5) Follow a repair triage and logical order of repair. (6) Provide options to save you money on parts. (7) Have reasonable Labor rates. (8) Managers and Employees have a positive and patient attitude. (9) Call you with the cost estimate and get approval before they start work. Note: Though most Customer Reviews are helpful, some must be taken with a grain of salt. Every situation has the possibility of being very different than the average. Service, diagnosis and repair businesses cannot be valuated (as good or bad based on a single case or example. One event is not a large enough statistical sample to make valid scientific inferences about overall performance. Sure, Skill and Experience of the mechanics are important, but not as important as the Honesty and Attitude of Managers and Employees, since a good shop will be able to negotiate a reasonable solution and settlement for even the most difficult or complex repair scenarios. About 2 weeks ago, maybe more, i noticed my power steering liquid was spraying everywhere! (Yes spraying like a out of control super soaker water gun) i called kerrigans and was told to bring it in. After about an hour they called me to tell me the total and i agreed and they began to work on it. After a few more hours they called me and told me to pick it up. Problem solved?! Welllll the next day i noticed another leak in another hose. Was told to bring in next day they would look at it. I bring it in and after looking at it they tell me they have to replace another hose and that they will only charge me for the part no labor. Done! Very professional, very friendly, and to make it even better I received a thank you letter in the mail with a 10.00 wawa gift card! Def put a smile on my face and was very thankful. Yes, but you will pay TOP Dollar for parts & seems the labor charges always take longer than all the google searches for the price range & time it should have taken (based on zip code, our specific vehicle & exact procedure) aka inflated labor costs. $1300 is parts and labor. The labor costs the most! I still have receipt to prove it. If you read the reply from the shop, you will find out how they make money out of customers by never fixing the real problem. So customers have to keep bringing car back to fix. Stay away from them! If I was the owner of the shop, I would not reply the post. Did you charge a lot of money from a person who live on his paycheck??? Yes, you did three times. Did you fix the car??? No. Never. Wow! Wish I would have read the other comment before going there last week for gas. Same thing, the stations is on my way to work and because Holme Ave is inder construction it' was easier to go there instead of my regular full service station across he street. Sign read 3.74.9 per gallon/regular, which was high but I was desperate. I thought it was strange that the attendant stood next to my door forcing conversation while the gas was filling. Later in the day I looked at the receipt and was charged 3.85.9 per gallon. Checked and it was for regular. I did stop into the station and talked to 2 different guys about the over charge. They told me I had to talk to the owner. I looked at the sign again and the pump. No where was 3.85.9 listed. I thought they might have pumped a higer grade by mistake. Nope. I will never, ever go back. If anyone can tell me who I can report them to, I'd appreciate it. read more
