While driving across country with a deadline to get my mom back to her home and make my plane back to my home, the radiator hose broke out on I-40! This was about noon on a Sunday so we were stuck for a bit until the shop opened. Once we spoke with Aaron early Monday morning, they got right on the job, drove a significant distance to get the part and put it in place quickly, knowing our situation. In addition to that, Kelley came to the motel where we were staying to get the car keys, then again to bring the repaired car to us and handled the transaction right there in the lobby! I arrived an hour early since I was in the area and they saw me right away, even though they didn't have to. I think I waited maybe 30-45 minutes and they were done. All I know, is it went really fast. The staff was friendly as always. They didn't offer to wash the car this time, so that was good for me!
