Horrible agent! I am glad I checked out Yelp and other people opinions!!!I moved to Ga 9 years ago and since then KM was my agent bc I did not know anyone and did not speak English well. I had 2 cars and 3 homes with him. He charged me double! Every year, I paid more and more for insurances for cars as well homes. He takes advantage of poor people. I asked every year for any discounts/ good driving records/ newer car, and had more and more business with him. He sand me safe and drive stupid chip to install that's it;))) I felt he stole my money. Please be aware of him!! I went to different insurance company and they charged me half of what he was charging me for 9 and half years! read more

Avoid this agent. Not helpful at all when I called. The discount for my auto insurance policy was not applied until I asked specifically. The representative answered my questions impatiently. They didn't bother to explain to you what and each insurance is for. They always tried to make you get more bundles insurance. No longer using Statefarm anymore. I'm sure you will get better service elsewhere. If there's a no star option, I would have picked it. read more

My husband and I had a HORRIBLE experience with this agent. I would never in a million years recommend this agent. In summary, their communication is horrible, they DIDN'T complete our application for the homeowners insurance, they signed us up for insurance that we didn't ask for, and the assistant there doesn't take any responsibility for his mistakes and passive-aggressively blames the customer. I only had 1 communication with Kerry himself; all of the communication from their office was through an assistant named Larse. Let's just say communication is not a strength for Larse. We wanted homeowners insurance, and Larse made that process confusing. He sent my husband forms to fill out - including forms that were not applicable - and then blamed my husband for misunderstanding the process. Then we received a letter in the mail that our homeowners insurance was CANCELLED because the agent's office did not finish submitting our application!!! When we applied again for homeowners insurance with another agent, we found that Kerry's office significantly underestimated the cost to rebuild the house on the cancelled policy -- maybe trying to save us money??? -- but we'd rather pay the correct premium so that the full house amount is covered. State Farm agents use a standardized tool to come up with the rebuild estimate, so there should not have been a difference between the estimates between the two agents. In addition, both Kerry and Larse communicated poorly when I needed their help with a bounced check from State Farm. Kerry told me to text him an image of the check, so I did. He didn't reply, so I wrote again to ask if I had the right phone number. He never responded. I left Larse a voice mail asking for an update on the situation, and I said that I would prefer if he would respond to me by email (I left my email address on the VM). I got no response. The following week, I called their office because no one had followed up with me. Larse said that he had called me, but HE DIDN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE. He said, "I'm sorry if you didn't see the missed call on your phone." Well, I didn't have their phone number in my phone, so I didn't know who had called. But my point is, he blamed ME. And didn't I say I preferred email? They signed us up for medical insurance that we didn't ask for and didn't want. Larse wouldn't take responsibility for that either. There are only two possibilities: 1. They intentionally tricked us into signing up for it or 2. They communicated so poorly about it that we didn't understand that is what we were signing up for. We ONLY ASKED FOR HOMEOWNERS. Either way, it is their fault! Their job is to get the customer what the customer wants and make sure the customer understands what they are signing up for. In case that's not enough, there is one more annoyance. Larse doesn't understand how to use voice mail or email to say why he is trying to get in touch. He just says, "Please call me back." So not helpful; tell me why you called. And if there's something you can tell me by email, then TELL ME. Don't just send me an email that says, "Please call me." read more

Awesome Experience!! By God's grace! Some really possitve things are happening in my life this year; and saving money on my auto & home insurance is one of them, thanks to Mr Mitchell; I was really surprised on how much he was able to save me; being I was with my curent insurance company close to 10 years, and my rate only seem to go up not down; with having no claims on my record.
