When in reality it was all faulty. This is my first brand new phone ive been saving up for months and paid 1500 for it and the outcome was just terrible. I expected something good because my friend buys it from them but it was a terrible experience. I advise you not to shop here. Majority of the items are fake. They might look identical to the real deal because they are clones but just be aware. I recommend you go to advance wireless which is also in the plaza or to chatr. They both sell legit items. When I took it into the store they sent me to the Apple Store. The people at Apple told me to take it back to Best Buy because it was under 14 days old and they told me that they have to exchange it for a new one at Best Buy. I then went to the Best Buy at Sherway Gardens, where they told me that the Woodbine Best Buy has to exchange the phone, as the exchange could only be done at the location it was bought. I then called Customer Service, where they told me that according to the rules that they have to exchange my phone, however the Customer Service Representative was not able to get a hold of the manager of the store. Finally, after 3 hours of roaming back and forth, I took it back to the Woodbine Best Buy. The same guy who was previously there told me there was nothing wrong with the phone, even though he previously addmitted to the home button not functioning properly. It was only after I threatened to call customer service they decided to exchange. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. I deserve some compensation for the 3 hours of my life I am not getting back. They didnt exchange it in the first place out of pure laziness and insted tried to convince me that I was wrong. I would highly reccomend the Sherway Gardens Best Buy, as they had excellent Customer Service.

I had called and spoke with her Reham at the Albion Hills source she was very polite on the phone and I decided let's go over and have a look. When we got to the store it was quite busy but we greeted immediately with a smile and a friendly "how can I help you today". All three of the staff were very friendly they seemed like they worked well as a team. We were dealing with Reham she took the time to make the best plan and phone for what we both wanted. There was a problem selecting the plan on our Bell and she had to call for support she was on the phone for over a half an hour and yet the whole time she was very engaging and apologetic for the delay. I just want to say that I haven't been to a store where team members seem so happy to help people it's refreshing. Reham and her coworker even stayed a half hour late maybe even more to finish transferring over all our data's and going over the phones with us to make sure we were comfortable with them again she is a gem. I hope management knows this. It was nice to get that level of service. It seem a rare thing these days unfortunately.

Compared to the college st Hotwire location the price for the repair was a bit more expensive $120 vs $ 99 but parking here is free vs downtown parking so pretty close. Staff was very polite and the repair was done within a few hours. They called me and I got it back same day. They even put on a screen protector included in the cost. I would go back again if I had to. Their price was way cheaper than UbreakIfix which was $169. The tech that fixed the phone did a great job.

My daughter has special needs, and this has really upset us all. It isn't like she is able to work a job, this money was a one time gift from her dad, for her birthday, and she used it to pay to get this laptop fixed up. And she is now stuck with a laptop she has no use for, instead of still having her birthday money, or having something to show for that money having been spent. From what they originally said would take 3-4 days took a total of 2 weeks with several trips back to the store, as there was problem after problem.
