I brought what turned out to be about a 10yr old laptop and clearly stated what my child's intentions were, what she wanted to use the laptop for. We weren't told of the laptops age, we were not told some programs may not run at all, but they accepted our business and took my child's money anyways, which they won't refund. My daughter has special needs, and this has really upset us all. It isn't like she is able to work a job, this money was a one time gift from her dad, for her birthday, and she used it to pay to get this laptop fixed up. And she is now stuck with a laptop she has no use for, instead of still having her birthday money, or having something to show for that money having been spent. From what they originally said would take 3-4 days took a total of 2 weeks with several trips back to the store, as there was problem after problem. I had a heavy feeling of them not wanting us there when we all showed up at the store so they could look at my child's face, and FINALLY awe were told the laptop is too old for the NUMBER ONE REASON SHE WANTED THIS LAPTOP, WHY DIDN'T THEY SAY SO THE FIRST TIME WE BROUGHT IT TO THEM SAYING THIS IS WHAT SHE WANTED THE LAPTOP FOR????? DISHONEST AF, DID THEY PAY PEOPLE FOR THE GOOD REVIEWS?????
