Unfortunately, my house was being painted the next day, so I had to get the exterior light changed that day. He made it before I left for work. I let him in, and he let himself out. Questionable across the board business practices with billing, follow up, and resolution of problems. We were told we are to get a partial refund for inaccurate billing. The "lien" paperwork was also removed. When I contacted the state regarding the lien they suggested retaining a lawyer to deal with the company-all for a faulty light sensor that was not fixed, just a diagnosis! I contacted the Attorney General of Iowa for further assistance in this matter. On their website they have 5 star reviews-I would suggest google, BBB, and Yelp prior to hiring!
