When I first called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was top-notch. They were able to fit me in for a consultation quickly. Adam was able to diagnose our HVAC issues quickly. He then gave us a few options on repairing our existing system or replacing it due to the age of the system. Once we decided to replace the system he helped us make several decisions based on our current issues of hot & cold rooms that were never very comfortable. Once we agreed to the work, he ordered the new equipment and got us on their schedule very quickly. Since then, our new system has been working flawlessly. We now have 3 zones in our house and have already seen our electric bill start to drop due to the efficiency of the new unit. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

In the conversation I had informed them I had a little one sleeping. All throughout the process they were extremely respectful and advised prior to making noise. Buyer beware. Our company has had a service contract with Anderson for years and until recently…read morethey gave us dependable service. Now the maintenance and repair work is very bad and every time there is an issue with our system (purchased from them) they find something wrong that requires an expensive repair. In addition, in the last 2 weeks they have no-showed on 2 different service appointments without so much as a call let alone an apology. After their latest screwup/attempted gouging we called another company and the issue was a filthy air filter that Anderson was on contract to maintain. Sad to say this is not the same company it used to be. I'm guessing private equity is driving it into the ground.
