He's extremely knowledgeable, which is most helpful when deciding timing of refinishing given variations in temperature and humidity in our area. He's also fair and worth every penny you'll spend. A week later we were back in the store and the person we talked to said he got with the owner who stated he call to set up time first of the week. Another week later still no call. Went to the store to take back the sample. The same gentleman stated he would give the owner the message stating we are still waiting on him. Called two days later spoke with a lady about not hearing anything. She stated she Would have him call me. Two days later I stopped by the store, a young girl asked if she could help and my name. The owner came out from back as I was explaining to her that we have been waiting on him for over two weeks. He addressed her as if I was even there. He told her " I will call him Monday". I asked who he is referring too? He stated - you. Couldn't even address me directly. I suggested he not call me and that he business manner is awful. He statement was "whatever".

At no time did he ever fulfill a promise, or meet a deadline. The last straw was him AGAIN failing to provide information on the repair. That was Feb. 25, and, you guessed it, CRICKETS! I have to wonder what part of "Do It Right" applies to his business.
