They are great and caring. The only person preventing an overall 5 stars is due to their physical therapist named DAVE. He is the most sarcastic, snide, condescending and unbearable person I have ever met in the health care space. And having to deal with his careless, nonchalant attitude while in recovery made my recovery very uncomfortable. He blatantly would disrespect his coworkers and doctors in front of me and treated me as if I was stupid if I would inquire about ANYTHING. You can feel the discomfort/patience of the case managers, nurses, doctors and anyone that dealt with him while I was there. Almost like they know that's just how he is daily. He mentioned that he has been there for 30 years, so he gives off an "I don't care, I'm retiring soon" attitude which translates to the way he treats people. Anyways, 5 stars to the nurses and docs. But my experience with Dave was just horrible.

We checked in, waited 45 mins, then were brought back to a room with No. Air conditioning, and waited for an hour . It was so hot we had to sit in the hallway. The "nurse or whoever she was" someone in scrubs was in the hallway and I asked if they can take the xray this way the dr doesn't come back after an hour and 45 mins and then we have to wait for an xray. I also asked if she could bring my daughter ice in which she brought a really hard pack of ice that had no bend or softness to it, which obviously hurts to lay on a swollen wrist. She said let me ask. 15 more minutes, I found out there is NO xray machine. The NP came out to talk to us in the hallway, very nice. She told us they have no xray machine and she needs an xray. I understood that which is why I was there in the first place. I asked her if she can stabilize it at least until we can get her to a doctor tomorrow. She then said yes. When she was gone for a while, I walked down the hallway to just say we were gonna go home watch the emergency room at this point were there for two hours. That's when I saw her and the woman that I've mentioned in the scrubs in the office with a wrist brace met for an adult. It was the same size breeze I wore after my wrist surgery! Ivan said if you guys don't have anything to treat a kid do you have anything to stabilize it so I can at least get home. They said of course, I said great because I don't wanna put her in a brace that is bigger than what she needs and it's not going to do anything or potentially make it worse. The NP then brought out the material that she placed my daughter's wrist on and then wrapped it. This was all done in the hallway by the front reception. And then paid a $30 co-pay which I think is ridiculous. I have no idea what I was paying for it. We left my daughter was in so much pain at night. She wanted us to remove what they used to stabilize her wrist. What a joke it was two inserts from a shoe and an ace bandage. The inserts have a curved down obviously because they use them flipped over. I'm not a doctor but in my head, I don't know how a potentially broken wrist would be good stabilized in a down direction. I am completely unhappy with my experience. The fact that there was a sleep study going on in the room two rooms ahead of us with a huge queen or king-size bed. I also thought that was weird. We're in an urgent care with sick people and you have a woman in there doing a sleep study you're also applying all of the things to her scalp with the door wide open and her having no privacy. I can't imagine receiving an additional bill outside of my co-pay being that there is nothing done, I will contact my lawyer to fight charge. Next time, please be honest in the services that you offer! To have a seven year-old at your facility until 11 PM just to be told that you can't do anything when she's in pain is awful. I would've just brought her to the emergency room. I'm a fan of all types of music but to have rap/ hip hop played at that volume in an environment where people are sick and there are small children seemed unprofessional to me

While every member of the ICU staff treated my brother with compassion, professionalism, and dignity, I would like to especially thank nurses Eric, Randy, and Olga, ICU physician Dr. Kakal, social worker Heather, and the entire ICU team for the exceptional care they provided throughout his 44-day ICU stay. Each person brought something unique to our family's experience. Olga was a source of comfort and reassurance whenever I felt overwhelmed and needed guidance. Eric showed extraordinary patience and gentleness with my brother, even on the most difficult days. No matter how challenging the situation became, he treated him with kindness and respect. Randy had a special way of connecting with my brother and earning his trust. When my brother wasn't listening to the rest of us, Randy somehow always knew how to reach him. Heather, our social worker, helped guide our family through difficult decisions and conversations with compassion and professionalism. Her support during an incredibly challenging time was deeply appreciated. Beyond providing excellent medical care, these individuals supported our family through an incredibly difficult journey. Geraldo Cesar Chezz was on phone, unprofessional to patients/families and immediate co-workers who complained to other security staff on site. Geraldo Cesar Chezz went back and forth to the nurse's main secured area erratically as if playing like a child foregoing service to humans... He engaged in flirty personal conversations with nursing staff. Terrible! *** Dr. and work staff of visit were good. Communication to patient was a bit off and not clarified....Understanding that their is prioritization, severely extended wait time went unexplained until patient had to ask status. The two males in the imaging portion of the hospital told the elderly patient to put her necklace in her mouth? It could have broken inside her mouth and she could have choked, not to mention a daily wear necklace is dirty most of the time. The two males were confident in their request and acted as if I was out of line, when they went against a standard procedure for many years!
