We went to this guy because we were assured by him that he knew what he was doing and was familiar with the forms needed to send to IRS. . we had some business in another country. however, he did not have any idea what to do and it quickly became a stressful, complicated mess. One that we had to take to someone else that did it correctly . Unfortunately we had already paid him (Kevco) and he did not even offer to refund us our money because he did not complete the task he was paid to do. We also had him talk to an accountant in the other country to help him - which also cost us more money - but he still could not do the task. So because of him we had to pay two other people as well to get this return correct. He might be fine for simple returns, but it was a nightmare for us.. We explicitly asked him before we took the documents to him if he was able to do it - and he assured us he did. (NOT THE CASE AT ALL) Then he would not even respond or acknowledge that he did not complete the task and would not refund our money. If I could - I would give him a "0" read more
