From our first interaction, he was friendly, genuine, on time, and communicative without fail. He has immense knowledge about his industry & equipment and has an impressive arsenal of processes in place so that his team is ready for anything. We had to postpone our first date due to weather, and Michael was in communication with us the whole time we were working to reschedule. We even had a hiccup with our planned site the night of our rescheduled event, and he and his team pivoted their entire set-up process like it was nothing. As a person in the events industry, I cannot say enough about their unwaveringly calm demeanor and creative problem solving. The night of the event, they arrived with plenty of time to set up the screen, sound system, lights, and popcorn machine. Everything was set up on time and looked organized. The screen was bright and displayed the picture beautifully, and the sound system was top notch. I've been here for a few events that are chef competitions, and it's the events have always been fun. The space itself is nice with parking all around, including some overflow in the nearby car wash. One time it was the middle of summer and the A/C was struggling in a big way, but largely because the event spilled outside so the doors were constantly coming open. It was easily 90 degrees in here. The past time was in mid-January, and it still felt like 90. Let's just say the furnace works better than the A/C. It's pretty basic with a little bar setup on one end, space for tables and to mill about, and then a little raised area on the opposite end which would be good for addressing a crowd. Not the most memorable or trendy event space, but a good overall spot if you're out in that end of town.

They were so helpful and helped so much with planning out the catering, I had waited two weeks before the wedding before picking catering and they were great with communication. My venue at The Barn at Killcreek Farm required liability insurance and their business license, Heather was great with communication and sent me things very quickly when asked. Most of our communication was through facebook and email. She made it very easy to pay, I was able to pay for it from the ease of my computer at home. She offered meeting in person but my schedule was very busy before the wedding. She let me know of the set up time and they were ready to serve even before the wedding started. They had a beautiful set up with black table covers and a lovely buffet serving style. Both her and her husband kept the food stocked and it was always hot and moist. Our meats included: Pulled Pork with Buns, Brisket and Chicken. Our sides: BBQ Beans, Green bean cassrole and Scalloped Potatoes. Heather was preparing plates for both bride and groom (I was the bride) just in case we had no chance to eat. She also offered to take care of the desserts that we had brought, including the option of icing our cookie cake if needed. She transported all our cookies from our containers to serving plates and did everything so sanitary, including wearing gloves. I appreciated every aspect that both Heather and Scott brought. Our guests loved the food and talked about it all through the night, I personally really loved the BBQ beans and the pulled pork. She brought containers for me to take home the leftovers and was very accommodating. My two young nephews were at the wedding and wanted to help the caterers, Heather and Scott were both very kind and patient with them. Heather and Scott both did the set up and clean up, it was completely stress free. I would highly recommend them for any wedding/event. Our event was 75 people.
