After the initial work was done I had to request multiple times for him to complete the installation of fixtures. After excuse after excuse he showed up with a guy who had never done electrical work. He had him do most of the work shouting out instructions from across the room and did not check it thoroughly. He piled excessive charges based on addition work I requested. I did not ask and he did not say there would be extra charges. I stupidly paid him for all work even though he did not give me a final invoice with provision that he would comeback and complete all items and any punch list items. I made several requests to finish the work which we agreed to a date. He did not show up. I have hired another electrician who is completing or correcting Brian errors.

So I ended up going to BMW to speak to someone directly. The place was not busy on a Friday afternoon. The service advisor that I went to was watching videos on their phone before I interrupted her. I told her the whole story about the broken glass and wanted to get an estimate. No one from that BMW location called me back. The service advisor ended up giving you some excuse about an AI system and I told her no it's not your AI system. Someone human is who I spoke to. She ended up telling me that I had to leave the car for a technician to view it complete inconvenience. Here's a picture of the broken glass. There isn't anything else that needs replacing for the love of God. Absolute worst, no F given Attitude today from BMW before I went through insurance to just deal with it through BMW. We were in a real bind tonight. Our 75-gallon electric Light Duty Commercial Rheem Eclipse water…read moreheater stopped giving us hot water (and of course) it was 5pm on a Friday evening. Our plumbing contractor who installed the water heater 18 months ago came and looked at it earlier in the day but saw a burned wire and a fuse that was out and he didn't want to take on the liability of fixing the wire and putting in a new fuse. He said the water heater had the potential to burn down our house. He told us that this was a dangerous situation and that we should shut it off and think about getting a new one. This water heater was $3200 so this just wasn't an option for us. And we were going into the weekend with no hot water and four of use who live in our home. I took to the internet and started researching electricians in my area. Thankfully, I found Roy Ewert and he was open until 6pm! He graciously took my call and listened to my predicament. He was at our home 25 minutes later and discovered that the water heater was perfectly fine but there were loose wires that were never tightened and and he immediately replaced the burnt wire and the fuse! Our water heater started right back up and we now have hot water for our family! We learned that Roy has been an electrician since 1977! He was so calm, patient and explained everything he was doing so that we would have confidence in our water heater again! Roy told us he was going on vacation tomorrow morning so we were literally his last call and he came out here to help us! Such a great guy! He charged us fairly and did an amazing job! He even followed up with me via text message two hours after he left to make sure we had hot water! I highly recommend this contractor!
