I am writhing this review to help convince anyone that needs an agent that they do not need to go any farther because Kevin is your guy! Our family just recently worked with Kevin on selling our old home located in North Phoenix and getting into our new home in Anthem. He was amazing to work with through both the buying and selling process. Some agents are good at there jobs because they need to make money but Kevin is good because he truly loves his job along with the clients he works with and was born to be a real estate agent. He is incredibly personable and friendly. He was extremely organized and on the ball at all times. He was always avilable to answer questions when we needed him, and for very inexperienced home buyers and sellers like us it was amazing to feel like we had his hand to hold. He is also a great negotiater with tons of knowledge and experience. When he originally came to meet with us he came prepared with a detailed plan of how we were going to sell our home and walk away with the most money possible. He was always receptive to any suggestions for changes we had and was always very up front and honest. He made our whole process so much better with little personal touches that most agents don't care enough to do for there clients. For instance when we had our first meeting he set clear expectations and asked the very important question to us of what we expected of him. It felt good to be asked as we had never been asked in the past working with other agents prior to Kevin. This made it easier for us to know and trust that he was always doing something in the side lines even if we didn't talk to him that day. When the process of selling took a little longer than expected due to the market being a little slow, and I began to panick and doubt the decision to sell he called me and talked me through the pros and cons in a non biased way. He seemed to care more that we were making the right decesion for our family then if we were going to be his meal ticket. Each time we had a showing in the morning I would get a call with a very cheerful good morning and for a person that hates the morning this helped to put me in a better mood. When stuff started to get a little complicated with our lender quicken loans he jumped on any and all problems helping guide and keep us calm. He also was good at keeping everyone else like the title company and the buyers agent in the loop with information and follow ups.  When closing day arrived on the house we were selling he greeted us at the title company with Starbucks in hand and a huge congratulations. We sold our home within 30 days at asking price!  We also were able to put in an offer that was accepted after tough negotiations and looking at over 15 houses in a weekend. Working with Kevin was like having an all star pro athlete on your team. It was a 10 out of 10 and I will for sure be using him for any home buying or selling in the future as well as recommending him to anyone I know. I would recommend Kevin Stark to everyone looking to buy or sell a home. My husband and I were in a tough spot: we had a little one on the way, but didn't have any room in our one-bedroom condo for baby. When we bought our home we were already set with another agent. A year later when it was time for my dad to move out here we wanted to find an agent that would be a better fit and go above and beyond to help them since they lived out of state.
