By 11:30 I had not heard from AAPC so I called. A BOT answered the phone and after a few minutes indicated the person was running late who was supposed to do my home pressure washing and should be there within 10 minutes. I called back 10 minutes later and the BOT responded that someone would be calling me within 1/2 hour to give me an update. I called back again at 1:55 and asked the BOT to have a real person call me. By now I have wasted more than 1/2 day. Someone (would not say their name) finally txt me and claimed they never spoke to me on the 20th. I told them that wasn't true and copied and pasted my call log to their main number. That person apologized and asked me if I would reschedule. I rescheduled for Friday 5/8. Once again... no calls, no show. I was told the person who was supposed to do the work called in sick. Very disappointed. Our first experience was totally different. Not sure what is going on but I won't waste any more time doing business with a company that won't answer the phone, return calls or speak to a customer that they have missed 2 appointments with. Save yourself some time and frustration. Find a more reliable company.

This company should just be called the "All American PRESSURE Company"!!! They should be banned from Yelp for extremely unprofessional business practices!

Needed an entire 2 story house pressure washed along with a back yard vinyl fence. The usual green…read moremold buildup. I also had some fruit and berry bushes and vines near parts of the fence. They did an excellent job. At a price that I thought was was too low for the work involved. (In other words, I was expecting to pay at least $100 to $200 more than I did) And my bushes and vines were not contaminated with any toxic chemical. I will definitely use them again when the inevitable mold returns.

I called him at 8:30 am this morning and he said he would be here at 10 am. He never showed up without any notice. This company has no integrity and not dependable. Mr. Wright called me back shortly after I left a message and came to my house to inspect the project. His quote was very reasonable and he arrived, as promised, a couple days later. Our fence literally looks brand new. There were very stubborn areas that he worked and worked at them until they were finished.
