We came with friends, who raved about Kevin's. I couldn't have been more disappointed. We waited about 30 minutes before our order was taken. We ordered the stuffed lobster. It was about 45 minutes before the food came for the two couple with us. My wife and I waited another 25 minutes to get the same dish. The lobster was about half the size of our friends'. It only had three shrimp and the lobster was tough and barely warm. I've had better shrimp and lobster at Red Lobster in the states. My wife did complain to the waitress and she was kind enough to drop the price from $85 to $65. After she cleared the table, we waited another 35 minutes to get our check. I guess the waitress thought she earned a15% tip, because it was automatically added to the check and unfortunately, I had already signed the slip. Worst service!! And when I complained, she was like, so what. I will never go back nor will I recommend Kevin's. So beware and plan to spend much more time than normal with bad service and paying at least five times for inferior quality food. read more
