    Not impressed for a mobile car detailing service. End result is no different than any other car wash less the price for a $200 detail package.

    Over the holiday we had an accident on my suede backseat in my truck. I'm so grateful that Kevin was able to get the stain out. He was professional and arrived early for my appointment. Highly recommend this service!

    I am writing this to report a disturbing lack of professional accountability and human respect at…read morethis location. Regardless of how much a customer pays, there is a baseline of service and respect that should be non-negotiable. Today, that baseline was nonexistent. At 8:15 AM, I encountered a significant communication barrier with two employees who were dismissive and entirely uninterested in my concerns. When I requested to speak with the supervisor to resolve the matter, the situation became even more unprofessional. The supervisor's body language was disgraceful--he was completely dismissive and made it clear he had no intention of actually addressing my concerns or the behavior of his staff. Most alarming was the total refusal of accountability. When I asked for names to document this interaction, the supervisor flatly refused to provide his name or the names of the employees involved. This level of secrecy is a massive red flag. What is this management team hiding? Why is a supervisor at a public business refusing to identify himself to a customer? This "secretive" and disrespectful culture is unacceptable. I am seeking a direct conversation with the owner of White Horse Auto Wash to discuss why his leadership team feels they are above providing their names or basic respect to the customers they serve.
