This particular move felt a bit more complicated than the type of moves I'm sure they usually see. Within the span of a week they moved my mother out of state to an assisted care facility and my family ( also out of state) to a single-family home. The guys were all extremely pleasant, showed up on time, helped pack, and facilitated trash removal. I never heard one complaint, and in fact, in the span of the full week I never saw any of them take a break. They worked full power every time I saw them. I feel confident in saying if you choose this moving crew, they will handle your move with professionalism and care the way they have done mine. I'd like to shout out Nick, Elliot, Ace, Josh, Nico and Art. You all made an extremely stressful process much more manageable, and my family and I are grateful.

It took a lot of time to get our items into the truck and was starting to get worried. I will say this, we didn't have damage to our furniture most likely due to Nick wrapping our furniture like a mummy. While loading was slow and concerning, the experience improved greatly with the unload. They arrived to the destination quickly and were unloading, placing the furniture and getting stuff put back together very quickly. The guys are professional, courteous and responsive. Tryon in Yorkmount had been acquired by "those who shall not be named" and the place has been going downhill ever since, so when I heard Morningstar was opening up in Southend I knew I had to switch back to the winning team. Sherry, the property manager, is fantastic. She made the leasing process incredibly smooth and has real pride in her property. You knew you were in good hands after talking with her. I toured the facilities and found them to be clean, very climate controlled (especially in this 90 degree weather), and easy to navigate. The day I turn in my keys to "the other guys" will be a happy day indeed. I seriously missed the quality and care of Morningstar.

I was in contact with them on any changes and everything was set for 9:00 on Tuesday morning. Truck came in on a Monday afternoon and arrived at 9:00 Tuesday. But no Junk Hunks. I received a message that they would be there between 11 and 12:45. And I told them we needed to start and to call me before coming to see if we still needed them. We of course my son unloaded the whole truck by himself. I believe I should have received an apology and my deposit back. Not a happy customer and I will never use them again or suggest anyone use them. ​
