If the office is not open then best of luck to you, because you're in for a JOY RIDE. The elevators will not work if you've held them open, so I spent a wonderful 25 minutes trying to make it work. It's disgusting, spiders everywhere, hot and humid, and the app works half of the time. If I could leave zero stars after this whole debacle I would.

I have used this facility for a few years. I wish I had the luxury of time and money to move sooner but unfortunately I had to deal with it until I could afford to have people help me move. Office was always closed (even during business hours) most of the time the employees that were present were extremely unhelpful. They suggested that I call the manager to complain about the price increase (from $115 to almost $400) the inoperable elevators, the temperature which was always hot in this temp controlled facility, to a fee that they charged me for moving from one unit to the next which never happened (the employee assigned us a unit and when we went up to put a lock on it, there was already a lock on it and it belonged to someone else so when we went back she reassigned us a different unit that was actually vacant and then I got billed for moving units. This issue by the way, NEVER got resolved despite multiple calls over the course of three years! By the way a manager NEVER called back. I'm so happy to be out of that facility. I'm not saying all Public Storage facilities are bad because I did rent from another one in Steele creek for a few years and it was an extremely pleasant experience. This particular location is complete trash and I hope no one else has to deal with the ridiculousness like I did.

My father had passed a few days ago and the chair and the wine cooler that were his I was trying to get back to Atlanta would have been ruined had I continued to drive. I happen to run into two 2 employees getting gas at the QT and asked if they had any packing tape to help secure trash bags over my items. They generously hopped into the back of my truck while making sure everything was covered and taped and when I offered to tip them, they said no. If these are the type of people that help out someone in a dire spot that isn't even a client, I can only recommend the lengths they'd go to actual clients. They were a lifesaver.

It started off good and then after 5-6 hours of them being at storage unit with everything already packed and boxed up packaged etc as it should be bc it was a simple ground level storage unit move with 3 movers , they failed to get all of my items, so basically after being charged 2200$ for a simple move they pushed for me to once again book the next day for literally 10 wall art pictures and a few what nots, but not even the worst of it , the next day they sent one mover and he half way put beds together that he was on the clock to do as well as asked to get paid off the clock, later on realized he stole a $1700 balenciaga purse $880.00 in cash and my keys and was on camera doing so. The next day I had 15 huntersville police officers at my house (in a BRAND NEW NEIGHBORHOOD I JUST MOVED IN ) because apparently my payment failed due to security verification from being flagged by my bank ( due to the outrageous amount I was charged over $4000) which I was unaware of at the time due to other reasons I run 2 businesses so I'm not always able to scroll through emails etc for personal matters all day. Not ONE TIME DID I GET A VOICEMAIL OR EMAIL OR WRITTEN COMMUNICATION from This company stating the payment failed so I could fix the problem and resubmit it like any other common sense company would do . Instead called the police tried to press charges criminally without even given the chance to resubmit payment that clearly failed due to bank flag security measures which could have been fixed within the matter of seconds if they would have addressed this problem with me . But anyways I was detained and handcuffed in broad day light in this new neighborhood I just moved to and everyone outside watching in my neighborhood recording videos etc nust humiliation for me and my family on top of unprofessionalism at its finest. I was then forced to allow this moving company to come take 10,000$ worth of property out of my home in order to be let go by the police which was basically forced when all I could have done was called the bank and verified the payment and it would have been cleared .
