I paid for them yo screw ip my drapery and they tell me that all five panels measure the same The cleaners obviously do not know how to measure either!!!!

The catch....the floor dress was the only one they could sell me. It was pretty big, but it was everything I ever dreamed of so I was determined to make it work! I went to another alteration shop hours before I found out my wedding was getting postponed thanks to COVID. I was refunded for the almost $400 worth of work they were going to do on it. Then, when the wedding was nearing again I went to another alteration shop that was recommendation. This shop only give me a panic attack when that seamstress told me my chest would be pointy if she brought it, the way I wanted it. She told me I wanted it "too tight"...okay lady...who wants their wedding dress loose??? I RAN OUT of there with my dress and then found Tammy's down the road. As soon as she pinned up the dress I knew I could trust her and she would alter it exactly as it need to be.'It was PERFECT I cannot thank her enough and will be bringing it back there to be cleaned. Just wrapped them up like everything was fine. The best part? It's linen. Properly the most forgiving fabric in the world. I tossed. them in my washer at home, used regular soap, and they came out perfectly clean. No special handling. Just basic laundry - something this place clearly can't manage. I sent photos, followed up. No reply. No apology. No refund. If this is how they handle something as simple as white linen, I wouldn't trust them with anything.
