After replacing the filter, the worker said that if there was a problem, I would contact them. I said yes. But last night, on August 6th, I found that the bottom of the pool was leaking and the water flowed out of the cabinet. When I checked, I found that a tube of the filter was slowly dripping out little by little. I contacted them and sent them video messages, but they didn't reply to messages and calls. I called them again the next day, and a Chinese woman answered the phone. She said that there was a fee for door-to-door maintenance. I said that it was because your workers did not install it after changing the filter water, and the water was a little flow. If it didn't flow outside, it would not be found. She said it's been a month, because it didn't happen before, and they didn't tell me that there was a deadline. This Chinese woman's attitude is very unfriendly, saying that the machine is old and needs to be replaced with a new one. But the worker didn't say that he needed to replace it. Every time I replaced the filter, the worker would tell me that some of them needed to be replaced, but he didn't say it this time. Now if there is a problem, I will replace it with a new one. And this is because the workers didn't install it well when replacing the filter, so it started to drip. Then she told me that she was driving and it was inconvenient to talk. Drop off was super easy- left my car around 9am and was able to pick it up at 1pm. I had just been camping and so I knew I had a decent amount of sediment inside. On the inside, you can purchase car cleaning supplies which was really cool. After the detail, my car looked nearly new! There was a lot of discoloration from my repeated sunblock use and they were able to remove it all. I requested the CPR detail package, which was $180, and it was so worth it! The interior and exterior were well taken care of and I was given a 40 minute heads-up call for when the car would be done. This gave me plenty of time to head over since I live out of town. I do still think the process can be challenging -- especially for people who don't have support like my dad has from me. It can also be discouraging and overwhelming to receive a denial after putting in so much effort to complete the application. While the foundation mentioned they've been successfully operating through mailed and paper applications, some of the experiences shared in reviews suggest the process may not always feel smooth or clear.
