Maybe the young guy didn't sand them down (or whatever they do after they cut the key). He also thought I only wanted one, when I handed him an email that said I needed four, so he had to do the other 3 after he thought he was done.

I live in San Jose and was driving on the 880 freeway and witnessed the driver of the security vehicle get into a road rage incident with a civilian in another vehicle. The driver was sticking his head out of the window screaming GO at the civilian. He then began to drive erratically swerving in and out of lanes almost causing multiple accidents. The security driver then pulled off to the shoulder cutting of the civilian forcing him to come to a stop on the shoulder of the freeway. The security driver got out of his car and began approaching the civilian driver. He was yelling and screaming and throwing his arms wildly in the air! I believed I was going to witness a fight on the side of the roadway. The civilian driver looked very scared and frantically but his car in reverse and was able to get out of there before the security driver approached his vehicle. Very traumatic for me to witness on my morning commute. When I called the security office to report what I witnessed the gentleman who answered the phone said he immediately knew which driver I was talking about and said the situation will be taken care of. Scary to think someone who is supposed to serve and protect is starting road rage fights on the freeway. Think twice before using this company for service.

Our onsite supervisor, Matthew Johnson, cares deeply about our office and goes out of his way to make sure that we receive the best security coverage. The entire Bannerman support (inclu.Rachel) and operations team (includ. Micheal, Matt, ) is amazing to work with and are always coming up with intuitive tools and operations to better their client's experience. I've experienced this first hand with their newly updated app and dashboard. It is something I have never seen before with other vendors and even with many of the security vendors I've met with throughout the year. You can see your invoice, write instruction to your guards, see the schedule, etc. Booking is extremely easy and all of their guards are highly experienced and qualified! One of our night guard, Brummel, has an extensive background in law enforcement and is extremely professional. Bannerman also highly value their client's feedback and actually take action! The guy answered and said his "agent" would call me but he's on his way. Eventually an East Bay number called at 9:50pm, and said he'd be there in 30 mins. I asked how much the price would be and he said anywhere from $85 to $140. After waiting almost an hour and a half, he finally showed up at 11:10pm and told me my apt lock was "commercial" and the "driving fee" from the East Bay is $150 on its own and this lock is actually $270 -- but he'd take $180 on Zelle immediately. He then unlocked my door in about 8 seconds. Being that it was almost midnight and I'm a woman alone, I had no choice. I'm not sure why a "driving fee" would be relevant to a business that advertises itself as LOCAL. I could have called the plenty of other SF-based locksmiths and 1) not had to wait much longer than promised 2) not been pressured into a payment that was well over the price that was quoted.
