I had it sent to Melrose Pharmacy. I was out of my rx yesterday and arrived at 9 am (their posted opening) No one was there. Around 9:15 an employee showed up and parked right in front of the door- hope no handicapped customers need that spot! She was very rude and said she couldn't find my Rx. She finally told me they don't carry that "type" medication- mentioning the words controlled substance at least 3 times. She offered no help in me finding a resolution. It's really sad to still be treated like an addict after being in recovery for over 10 years! I asked for her card and she gave me a business card with a male's name on it. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone for any reason.

They recommended the medication that they thought would help me and they also catered to my niece by offering her candy and water free of charge. They were simply amazing!! The friendly pharmacist at Sunnyvale Pharmacy answers my questions, finds the best price for my prescription with my two insurances and fills my order promptly. I like the independent business atmosphere where I actually get to speak to the pharmacist instead of a succession of rotating staff with a lot of customers bustling around.
