Dec 23, 2025 Had to run into fresh market to pick up an order. Parking was at a premium. I parked next to the little kiosk not paying attention to what it was. No sign, rope, traffic cone, anything indicating this was anything but a parking space. A woman, dressed in Christmas leggings shouts at me, " what year is your car?". I asked why she wanted to know that . Well, this is my business. I rent this parking space. On and on. Ok Now I have my 98- year old mother in law with me and she's getting confused and anxious and standing in the parking lot. I have to raise my voice to tell her I need to move the car ( she's very hard of hearing). Now the girl is shouting insults at me. I hear her on the phone griping to someone about how rude everyone is. So unprofessional. I wouldn't let this place touch my car. read more

Very quick, pleasant interaction with the lady who completed test. I am on crutches so I was happy I didn't need to get out of my car; even gave me a hug when I left. read more

Normally this place is 5 stars but wow!!! I was surprised that the gentleman who normally does the emissions was not there... instead it was an older lady! Well, this was the rudest lady! I asked to get my emissions done at 3:30 (they close at 4). she rolls her eyes and says that if I can park it in the next 2 seconds...that I can but she really did not want to "take" any more cars! I pull in and she starts yelling orders at me quickly...then she condescendingly says to me...will you try and work with me! Ugh...completely rude! I'm the costumer and cannot read your mind, but also...it is not my fault that a sign says that you are open until 4 but you want to leave early! If you see this lady working...it's best to just drive off and enjoy your business elsewhere! I will not be returning! read more

Went here for our emissions for our cars. Both times we were really impressed with the speed of service, the personalities of workers- Dave and Rob, and the extra care getting in and out of parking spots. Easy chore. Definitely coming here next year for our emissions testing. read more

We have been using this emissions place for many years. I went today and there was a lady there who was incredibly rude. She was completing an emission check for another customer when I walked up. The customer's car was in the parking spot next to the emissions bay but she was pulling the lines across the bay to test his car. When she had a pause, I asked her if I could get in line for emissions. She talked to me as if I were an idiot and with a huff told me there was no line and pointed to the empty bay as if I failed to notice the obvious. Since this is a very small emissions place, I know they tell cars to park until they are ready for them. This is a busy parking lot so I had no way of knowing if there was another waiting customer. I am sure the woman was having a bad day and I'm sorry for her but I was not in the mood to be treated like that by someone who I was giving money too so I left. And they just lost four cars of business plus all the people I'm going to tell about this lady. I may go back if the other guy is ever there but I will NOT deal with this lady again. Also, she was barefoot which is incredibly unsafe and most likely an OSHA violation. read more

Came here today for check as I have in past. A car was pulling out and woman attendant here rather than the gentleman in the past who was always so nice. Other cars sitting around and woman with back to drive. I got out and asked if I was next. She threw her hands and said "you see anyone else?".Got back in car and pulled in. I said "you are new?" She said no, I have always been here." I shout up as always in the past, I started to get out of car to wait on the bench. She yelled at me "Get back in your car in mean voice." I did not reply. Then she came to driver's side of car, and stuck her hand in beside my right leg and foot with a cable. Then she said" I don't know why you are picking a fight with me. I had never said another word to her. In less than a minute she yelled for me to start my car and threw Emissions report at me. I have never felt anymore threaten by some female than I just did. I will never return there and would like to speak to the owner of this inspe lion station. read more
