First, took a day to provide generic application form. Two days later asked for 7 PAGE form he had not provided. This form was completed and returned in less than 24 hours. THEN he asked for checks from both parties for application fee which was NOT on listing and NOT communicated to agent representing us. After another wait of a few days, were told that application was approved, and we'd get the lease form. ANOTHER two days went by, no lease from him. Our agent had to chase down the secretary at his firm to find out what was going on, and was told that she'd only gotten the information that day, and would stay til she finished it. We finally received the "boiler plate" lease, with near no information about landlord, or who to contact for repairs or emergency at 9 PM , FIVE full days after being approved. As the "generic" lease had some fairly serious flaws (no parking on property, unlimited no notice access by landlord, etc., etc.), and didn't address needed repairs, we wrote some alterations. T... then freaked out and asked why he was getting notes on alteration of lease so late. It was less than 14 hours from when we got the LEASE!! Needless to say, the deal fell through completely. T's complete inability to provide normal, regular documents required by HIS office, complete disregard for following through on anything, and uncaring, insensitive attitude, as well as NO sense of timing for anyone involved only shows that he's not someone you want to deal with RUN AWAY, RUN FAR, FAR AWAY.

They do not care if you have section 8 as long as you have a 600 or higher for a score. The thing I did not like about the place was the realtor Omar he shares other people's information. Omar is Not professional! The manager who I talked to about Omar, and also confused me with this other person. How can you say you are professional if you share someone else's information. What about the confedinality. I definitely don't think there is confedinality since The manager said he was sorry he confused me with someone else. So it shows not just Omar but the manager there too. I would not recommending this place ever or the actual company either. That's if anyone wants their information out with a complete stranger.
