Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know.
