We called, booked, and everything was as smooth as can be. The crib was set up in our hotel room before we even arrived, along with a sheet and soft blanket, and a sound machine and high chair. They delivered a rear-facing car seat to the airport when we arrived, and despite our very early-morning return trip, they made arrangements so the car seat could be returned to them when we left. Before boarding, I approached the ticket counter and politely inquired whether any accommodation was available for passengers with disabilities -- specifically, whether additional boarding time could be extended to allow my wife and me to safely get situated on an otherwise fully packed vessel. I am a United States military veteran rated at 70% service-connected disability, with documented mobility limitations. This was not a request for preferential treatment. It was a reasonable, good-faith inquiry. The response I received from your employee -- an elderly woman with red-dyed hair working in an apparent supervisory capacity -- was wholly unacceptable. She rolled her eyes at me upon hearing my request, and the tone and manner in which she addressed me conveyed open contempt and dismissiveness. For an employee in a position of public-facing authority, this conduct is not only unprofessional -- it is a reflection of the culture your organization permits. I want to be direct: individuals responsible for public safety and passenger operations must be held to a higher standard. There is no place for this behavior in any customer-facing role, and certainly not in one where the well-being of passengers -- including those with disabilities -- depends on respectful, attentive service. Furthermore, as a disabled veteran, I expect the same basic dignity afforded to any paying customer. I did not ask for recognition or special status. I asked for two extra minutes. The disrespect I received in return was inexcusable. I trust that Key West Express or the terminal that employees this person takes matters of this nature seriously.

The served drinks promptly and expeditiously upon boarding the sailboat. The band was lively and sounded great. We stayed on the top level of the boat and the crew walked around and refilled drinks which was so nice. We didn't have to walked down to the bar and could just enjoy the weather, the sailing and the view! Kudos to Captain Willie and his entire crew for being such a delightful group. They deserved all the tips!

Anne acted like she was dragged off the street, no manners, just snide remarks, eye-rolls, and forehead smacks at a fellow tourist fumbling with their wetsuit. No help getting in the wavy water; instead, she snaps at my struggling wife: "Why do people who can't snorkel even try?" (I'd love to see her skydive after 10 mins of instructions!) Todd was meh, nice enough but obsessed with tips, yapping about it nonstop. Snorkeling itself was great, but these two don't belong in service. Avoid!
