The rental from this place was a BIG OOF. My party had arrived 30 minutes after the agreed upon time for check in of 4pm. When we parked the car we heard people inside the house, which we thought was weird. Well the door was wide open because the cleaners had just arrived and were setting up. We contacted the office and they said yes the cleaners have to clean. Ummm...as a business charging over $800/night are you not supposed to have the rental property ready by the agreed upon time at a minimum? They were not willing to give us anything for not having their rental property ready. Well here's a list of everything else wrong (other than the condescending office who tries to gaslight you when you ask them about the property being ready at the contracted time?? Why is it not ready at 430 when you told me Check in was at 4??) There is a hot tub in the back but half the jets aren't working and it's infested with mosquitos. There is no bug spray provided so I suggest you bring some. The carpet looks raggedy. They might vacuum it but I don't know how often they really clean it. The place looks like it needs renovations like 8 years ago. The laundry machine outside is nice to have. Just make sure your shots are all up to date. It's ruiuuuusssty. And if you have any issues with the place...too bad. The front office will do anything but own up to their mistake. We stayed at "Hemingway's View". read more

The house is nothing like the pictures. Can't open the doors from the kitchen from the pool. The stairs inside and out side have no hand rails . The driveway is so small you can't open the doors and get out. The beds are hard . This is a total rip off ! read more

DO NOT BOOK. so we got there and there was no internet, after calling them they said they were aware it had broke 2 days ago - they didn't bother to tell us prior - my daughters health monitoring equipment requires wifi so my wife and daughter had to stay at a hotel, they said it would be fixed later that day, it wasn't, they then said a part had being ordered, then they said it wasn't tracked, then they said it didn't arrive etc, this went on for a full week. the freezer didn't work, they had to send a repair person round to fix that, took a week. the sliding door didn't close, they had to send someone to fix that a hose was leaking non stop, they had to have someone come fix that. worryingly a light switch didn't work, they eventually sent someone to look at that and they said it wasn't safe. their facilities manager then said 'the guy who checks isn't very good ill send someone else", they then sent someone 4 days later and he said it needed fixing, then didn't show up again. a random person walked in the house at 7am one moron to check an extinguisher every time we tried to get in touch with support someone different would speak to us. read more

Disappointed and Heartbroken: A Company That Abandons Its Guests in Crisis This experience was truly heartbreaking. My two sons, daughter-in-law, and I planned a special trip to the Keys to celebrate our birthdays. We had a two-night stay booked in Key West through Airbnb, hosted by Vasca Rentals. However, due to the fires at the entrance of the Keys--a natural disaster--the roads were completely shut down. After enduring over seven hours in traffic and being rerouted by law enforcement, we were finally told there was no way to enter the island. I immediately called to cancel--not just our two-night stay, but our entire vacation. I was shocked when I was told that the full amount paid for our accommodations could not be refunded. This was deeply upsetting. We weren't canceling due to a change of heart or personal reasons--we physically couldn't access the location due to a natural disaster. Despite the circumstances being entirely out of anyone's control, no empathy, flexibility, or basic human decency was extended to us. When it truly matters--during a crisis--Vasca chose policy over people. I hope this review reaches the leadership team at Vasca Rentals and serves as a wake-up call. A company that can't stand by its guests during a natural disaster will never truly care for them. I will not return, and I can no longer recommend staying with Vasca. We had booked and paid for a condo through Vacasa. everything was good as we drove halfway to Key West. another friend was flying in. Then I got an email from Vacasa the afternoon before check in! They cancelled us because the condo was under construction and wouldn't be finished in time. Total disbelief!!! They had nothing close to a replacement unit or hotel!!! NOTHING!! Rented Coconut Palm home with private pool. House was good but backyard and pool area was awful. Very upsetting to pay outrageous fees only to show up to a filthy pool. We checked in at 4:00pm. The pool guy did not show up until 4:00pm the next day. Never did get to use the pool. Trip ruined as the pool was the reason we rented the house! Pictures were misleading. Different furniture that looked very second hand. Washing machine not filling properly so I assume the sheets and towels are not getting properly cleaned! read more

We have been vacationing on Key West for many years, staying in every type of room. Bed and breakfast, condo, hotel, we've rented them all. Our vacation at 1405 Olivia was one of the most relaxing vacations we've ever had. The house was immaculate and welcoming. For the first time, we didn't feel like we needed to spend every minute running around the island being busy. We enjoyed having coffee with the mockingbirds, soaking in the pool on that delightful float, and enjoying the privacy of the deck. I can't wait to visit "my" house on Olivia again! read more

We stayed here when we went over the summer with friends. I'm going to be honest, it was nothing amazing and spectacular BUT based on the location and price - it was. And I'd definitely stay in "The Family House" again. Based on the price of $250 a night, sleeps 5, that's $50 per person which can't get better than that. It has two bedrooms and beds upstairs. One is kinda tinier with a low ceiling. The other is large enough for two. Then there is the sleeper couch which is awful as a pull out bed and our friend ended up just sleeping on the couch instead. It has a full kitchen, full dining room, full living room. It has a little backyard with a personal jacuzzi. There is a pool with bbq's to share with the neighboring houses. And the best part of all was that it was one block from Key West, right in the center of everything. So while the parking sucks here, you can search until you find a legal spot and then leave it there the entire trip. They even had a cute guestbook to log your complaints and see other visitors recommendations. We met our neighbors at the pool, we spent most of the time on Duval, but enjoyed the place enough to cook and bbq a few meals, and of course sleep too, although not too much. read more

Old Town Garden Villas - Caribbean Suite The property location was perfect; close to Duval Street, but set back enough so as to not be affected by the hustle n bustle of vacationers. (This was the first place that I have stayed in Key West where I was not awoken by roosters!) The property managers live within the property complex and were very pleasant, attentive and accommodating. The condo unit is exactly as photographed - well designed, very clean and incredibly well stocked with all the baseline staples that one would ever need or want. Furnishings were in great condition and very comfortable. I was very impressed with the attention to detail; the color palette, the artwork, and the accessories/appointments. It is abundantly clear to me that the owner had taken great pride in the execution of the interiors. One small downside: The common pool was a bit on the small side, (more like a large spa/hot tub really)and the water was consistently warm, so it does not really offer the luxury of a refreshing swim. On the whole, I would say that this is one of the best places that I have stayed in Key West and would readily recommend it to others. read more

We rented Vacasa's Amelia House and it was perfect. Right near the heart of Duval Street District. On a quiet cul-de-sac so it was right up our alley. The house had big bedrooms (for Key West). Big comfy beds and all the amenities we needed. Only thing we brought was a Keurig coffee maker for convenience and ease of cleaning. Nice outside area. Will rent this again!! read more

We rented Mangrove Lagoon for two weeks starting on Christmas Day. We will get this exact condo again.... It was beautiful and provided everything you could want for the comfort of hanging out at home. We didn't have any maintenance issues at all so I can't speak to their attentiveness but we did call about a couple minor things and had an immediate response. The price was very reasonable for the location and how much space this condo provides, including a covered parking spot. I do hope they will consider making a gate key available.... Having to use the Southard entrance to TA after 6:00 was a bit of a hassle... We rent in TA so we can walk everywhere and this adds 6 blocks or more additional to the walk home at the end of the night. read more

We rented Casa Havana, #R22, Duval Sq. in Key West from Vacasa Realty, aka Key West Vacation Rentals, through my VRBO account. When we got there no one was at the property to greet us. We had to go to another location not on site to collect the garage pass key and 1 key to enter for 4 guests. One key? The furniture was filthy in the living room. I posted pictures of what it really looks like! The arms on the blue chairs were brown, like mud. The dining room chairs were wicker and unraveling. The upstairs was ridiculously hot with a very loud squeaking ceiling fan. To make upstairs comfortable to sleep we had to drop the temperature down to 69 which made the downstairs so cold you could hang meat. You couldn't even open a window, there weren't any screens in the rental at all. The second bedroom was so small it only fit a bed and one night stand. The bed was against the closet door. In order to use the closet, we had to move the bed. That put the nightstand in front of the entrance door, so we had to turn it sideways to be able to open or close the door. We packed light because there was supposedly a full size fully functioning washer and dryer. The 3rd and last day of our stay we threw all of our clothes except what was on our backs, in the washer only to find out it was broken. The washer filled with water and soap and wouldn't go further. It took an hour just to get through to Vacasa (the management company) to even report it. They said they'd get a maintenance man out. We waited 4 hours for him to show up. He finally came. Walked in, looked at it and told us he'd been there before, and it was broken, and it had been reported but never fixed. We then had to take the soaking wet soapy clothes out of the washer and rinse each item and wring it dry in the kitchen sink so we could put them in the dryer. It took 2 hours to dry because they were only hand wrung. Half of our day was shot. I've attached pictures. I rented from VRBO. They've done nothing for us. We have to go through Vacasa. VRBO charged us ridiculous fees but didn't stand by us at all. I asked them to refund some if our money and they said it's up to Vacasa. This place was not worth what we spent and VRBO should take this place off of their website. As far as the broken washer, Vacasa had "notice of condition" prior to renting to us. Our last full day was cut in half because of their negligence. They offered us $100 back from our $2700 in rental charges and fees. I feel like we were abandoned by VRBO and Vacasa. read more

Stayed at Hemingway's View this time with a group of eight: right off of Duval, so location was excellent. The beds (3 kings) were delicious, even the pickiest of us would not have felt a pea under the mattress. Big back deck with BBQ and jacuzzi, where we spent a good deal of time even in this sweltering weather. The house itself was a bit dark, small kitchen and bedrooms and very hostile rugs (the ropy kind that hurt when you walk on them). DSL didn't work - fortunately we were able to grab a wireless signal from somewhere and managed to avoid a potential outburst of teenage wrath. Sofabeds are generally not sleeper-friendly, but this one took the cake. A suggestion to management that words of warning could be offered for future guests were met by nonchalance and an unconcerned reply of "well sofabeds are usually uncomfortable and the DSL is supposed to work", period. On the up side, spacious, clean bathrooms, a free bike to use and a private parking space where we actually managed to squeeze both cars. read more

Let me being by saying that we found the Island Oasis home through Vacasa but Key West Vacation Rentals was our local agent. We rented the home for 4 nights over Memorial Day weekend. The Island Oasis home was advertised with a private pool and being pet friendly; the exact reasons we payed for this place. The pool upon check-in, had a hose running in it and was overflowing. We promptly turned off the hose and noticed the tiles were growing with algae (this was due to the pump not working to pump chlorine). Overnight, the pool dropped to about 3 feet of water and forced the pool system to make a loud grinding noise keeping the master bedroom guests awake. We put the hose back in the pool, called the rental company and waited. The pool company came back out two days later, hand sprinkled the pool with chlorine and left. They called this a "swimable" pool, made for use on our last day. The bedding in the home is terrible but we wouldn't expect high quality beds in a rental place. The shower in the guest bathroom is rotted underneath so guests feel a gigantic "bubble" under their feet in the plastic shower. The house needs to be sprayed for ants and spiders as they were seen in the bedroom and bathrooms. The outdoor furniture is filthy and moldy (though we are FL residents and have same issue, not sure how a rental company can keep up with this concern). I have asked for compensation multiple times and requested to speak with a manager; neither have happened. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS ORGANIZATION expecting a nicely kept rental or reputable service. read more

Overall a great experience at the Caribbean Suite and I would not hesitate to stay here again. It was clean, safe, great kitchen and bedroom area...all in all so comfortable and literally a block away from noisy Duval, yet quiet and quaint...almost everything you'd look for in a rental. A few minor drawbacks...the parking freaked me out!! There was no damned place to park!! First night I parked on Truman (took 45 minutes to find a spot) and got up at 6:30 am the next morning...by the grace of God there was a spot right in front of the villas! After I landed that coveted spot, I refused to give it up and we walked everywhere - not a crime by any means (good exercise) but so much for a Publix run. So get your groceries before you arrive, get a good spot and stick with it!! And be very careful of looking at where you can and cannot park because you will be towed if not in an appropriate spot. There's a CVS right across the street for the convenience of essentials...eggs, bread, bacon, milk, snacks, wine...literally 1 minute to walk there. There's also a little, Cuban coffee shop right around the corner...cute! Cute and artsy and interesting decor. There's carpet all throughout the upstairs which I don't like in rentals (yuck - fungus among us!)...but I just wore flip flops 24/7. Bathrooms are small with no place to really put your stuff so be prepared to walk back and fourth from the bedroom to the bathroom a lot. There is mounted hair dryer on the wall that's super convenient. Hope for quiet neighbors because you can hear every, little thump - we got lucky! All in all I highly recommend and would stay here again! read more

My wife and I just had a wnoderful stay at a Key West Vacation Rental - the Jasmine Suite on Simonton Ave.. Located between Fleming and Southard, the location puts you right at the start of the northern end of Duval street, which is where most of the places you want to see are. Just two blocks East of Duval, the location is ideal, and an easy walk to all of the places that you would want to see. Reasonably priced, it is tastelyfully decorated with a lot of room. We loved the stay, and Key West Vacation Rentals was wonderful to work with, very pleasant and helpful with suggestion on activities. We plan on booking here on the next trip. read more

We stayed at the Amelia House. I was pleasantly surprised entering this property. It was much roomier than the photos suggested. Air conditioning worked great even when cranked down to low 70s, which was great at the end of July. Very clean, very cozy, porches were perfect. Right off Duval, perfect location...noise was never an issue. We were even able to park at full size Tahoe right outside the house. Pools are just a couple blocks away or nice, clean hot tub on the back patio with grill. Can't say enough how pleased we were with this place including the company, whole experience was excellent. read more

If I could select 0 stars, I would. 3 couples reserved a home through Vacasa for an overnight in Key West. All in all, it was over 455.00 for the night which includes fees, etc. Although the reservation seemed to go smoothly, the Government closed down the Island due to the Coronavirus. We would not be permitted to go to Key West as we had planned and were forced-no fault of ours- to cancel the rental. Vacasa will not refund all of our money. They are trying to say we have to pay all of the taxes as if it were our choice to cancel. We are prohibited by the Government and the shutdown us due to Covid 19. I would never do business with them. We would have rereserved once the virus was over but now they just shot themselves in the foot. They have stolen from us and now they have blocked our ability to email them. They've lost our business and hopefully others as well. Beware. I believe they manage other rentals elsewhere too. Now I'm off to write the BBB, travel authorities and Trip Advisor. read more

We have stayed at KWVR during Fantasy Fest for the last four years. We have stayed in 3 different accommodations and have found all of them to be great. The Buena Vista cottage is nice and private for a couple and has a roof top hot tub and sunning area. The Honeymoon Hideaway is just steps from the "family" pool. But we really liked the Esperanza Suite! It's a great two story condo type unit with a private jacuzzi. The staff is great. Craig is always so wonderful and helpful. If you find anything that needs to be fixed, he gets the staff right on it. read more

I had reserved a room for the weekend after Hurricane Irma. The keys was devastated, the Florida Governor said only residents can come to the Keys because of the destruction and this company wouldn't refund the funds from the reservation. They want to keep the funds at all cost regardless. I wouldn't recommend making reservations through them. read more

This group of people work great with you. They truly run a profes sional business. They did everything exactly as they said. The Starr ssuite is very nice for two people and to be so close to the action of Duval we found it very quiet and relaxing. The unit we rented through KWVR (Poolside @ Tropical Village) was perfect for our needs. It's just a small studio cottage, but has a nice porch and access to the large "shared" (and I put it in quotations because we had the pool all to ourselves for most of our trip) pool, nice clean bathroom with a spacious shower, and a little kitchenette. We loved it and were very comfortable. There were minor things (bathroom heated up very quickly, unit was humid at night, wheels on bed were broken and flew off when we climbed into bed, wifi was very slow inside the cottage but worked perfectly on the pool deck) but overall we were really pleased. Great location near the quiet end of Duval and only a block and a half away from South Beach (and less than a mile from Higg's Beach), and beautiful grounds with tons of tropical trees, plants, and tiny lizards everywhere. Plus, you can't beat the price for what you get...staying in the motel across the street would cost way more! Key West Vacation Rentals was really easy to work with, which we appreciated. We had to change the date of our stay, and they were very flexible and allowed us to transfer our deposit without penalty. The day we left, they provided a free shuttle to the airport via the property manager, who was very nice. We'll definitely use this company again when we return to Key West. read more

Casa Cubana Key West - The townhouse is right on Duval with a very private atmosphere. The unit is very clean with recent paint and upgraded mattresses. All necessary items needed for your stay are provided and the housekeeping staff is amazing. There is plenty of room for everyone and the pool is very close. If you rent a car there is a covered parking spot for one car provided which is rare to find with a rental in Key West. I highly recommend this unit and I'm looking forward to another stay. read more

Sadly we had to leave our home due to Hurricane Matthew and so we decided to go south with all our perishable food and enough clothes to last us a while. Upon check-in I nicely explained the situation and said it would be very helpful if we could get to the room as soon as possible to put our cold food inside. A gentleman was very nice and called over, he said it was ready and we should be okay...however the front counter lady was rude and cut him off. She said no, we'll call you when it's time. It honestly felt like she was purposely keeping us out of the room on principle. He tried again teller her he had just called and got the Okay and she cut him off again, looked at me and said we'll call you. There are companies out there that I feel are taking advantage of people during this time. One of them is Vacasa Rentals. They manage vacation rentals all over the world. According to their web site, "Vacasa manages over 26,000 vacation homes around the world. When you book with us, you get more than a vacation rental--you get professional service you can count on. We're here for you." Well, this is what type of company they really are. Months ago I booked a one day vacation rental in Key West for 7 April. In March, the Governor of Florida shut down travel to Key West (and now all of Florida) for tourists. So, of course there was no way I could visit Key West next week. I contacted Vacasa and asked for a refund. They said they would refund my money except it is their policy that they do not refund their booking fee or taxes on the rental. So they are keeping almost $50.00 of the money I paid them for a rental that I was not able to use (at no fault of my own). I have sent them several e-mails explaining to them that regardless of what their policy is, this is not the time to be taking advantage of people who have no control over the situation. Not only have they not responded to me (other then to tell me they have partially refunded my money) they have now blocked my e-mails to them so any e-mail I send them is rejected. I have a vacation home I rent in Florida and Vacasa has sent me lots of marketing material in the past stating how good they are and that I should use them as my property management company. That will never happen! I recommend to everyone to not do business with this company either as the owner of a vacation property or to book a vacation rental at a property they manage. read more

Stayed through vacation rentals in a condo located in Duval Square. Place needs to be remodeled. There were cracked tiles in the bathroom, kitchen. The decor was outdated with no theme. The master bedroom was huge, but guest bedroom very small. Pool was not well maintained, water looked dirty. The pros were the location, the size of condo big enough for 2 couples, each room had a full size bathroom, bed was comfortable, and price was ok. Also the housekeep did a good job replenishing towels daily, making the beds, and taking our garbage. If they remodeled and updated this condo it really would be prefect. Not sure if I would pay the price to stay in this condo again since there are so many more places to stay. read more

If you're going to travel with your in-laws, then proper lodging is the first step towards peaceful relations. With this in mind, my sister-in-law, her husband, my mother and father in law and my husband and I rented the Hemingway's View property from Key West Vacation Rental. It could not have been more perfect. We were right off of Duval within easy walking distance of all the hot spots. The property was spacious, impeccably clean and well maintained. When we had a problem with the air conditioning and the coffee maker, both were fixed within 2 hours. They were able to leave keys for us when our flight was delayed and check us in the next day after our already planned excursion. All in all, it was as seamless of a rental situation as I could ask for, for a fraction of the price of comparable lodging in a hotel. I would definitely use them again if I'm ever in Key West. read more

Non working air conditioner when its almost 100 degrees outside and no return phone calls from management is completely unacceptable!! They only acknowledged our complaint the day we were checking out and claimed they never got the maintenance messages. Also, the couch bed was the worst thing I've ever laid on in my life. Noone could possibly sleep on it so they should not be able to advertise it. We paid way too much money for this place and I would not recommend it to anyone! read more

I should preface this review by noting that I have stayed with this company in the past and did have pleasant experiences. That being said, this last experience was bad for two reasons. One, the place we stayed was really not very good at all and has really gone downhill in the last year. Second, we made the mistake of convincing our friends to also use this service and their experience was worse than ours. We stayed at Royal Palm, a small cottage with a private jacuzzi and a table outside where you can hang out. Unfortunately, the place was infested with Mosquitos which made it impossible to be outside for more than a couple minutes before you get bit all over. Couple that with the fact that the jacuzzi was not vet clean, and it kind of defeated our reasons for going there. On top of that, I went to get water from the bathroom sink and there was a cockroach. Additionally, the smoke detector battery was chirping and needed changing and it took maintenance 15 hours to fix it. Simply put, there are too many of these types of places to use this company. As for my buddy, his jacuzzi was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom of it. He called the day we got here and five days later it still wasn't fixed. I won't be coming back. read more

5 of my girl friends and I stayed at Spa on Duval (8/22-8/25/2014) for a 30th birthday celebration. The property description Key West Vacation Rentals posted was accurate regarding the location and amenities (loved the 1 free parking spot!). It was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. As questions arose, Key West Vacation Rentals' employees were helpful and quick to resolve. Good value for the price. Short walk to South Beach (my personal favorite) and bars/restaurants off Duval. I definitely recommend this property, and if not available, I recommend contacting Key West Vacation Rentals for other options! read more

Good place to stay. We were in the Starr's Suite right off Duvall. Really only enough space for 2 people, but MORE than enough space for just 2. Very clean, felt safe, and location was awesome. Office location was very convenient and staff was decent. The cost of hotels/lodging in key west is completely out of control and to no fault of theirs, Key West Rentals prices definitely match the comps in the area. Never would imagine paying over $400/nt for a place like that, but we did and were pleased with the property itself. read more

We stayed at both Leeward Isle and Conch Casa for a period of 6 nights. The best part about both cottages were the beds. Not sure exactly what kind of toppers they used, but they were amazing. I could have spent 90% of my visit laying in bed - that fantastic. The private pools we had access to were wonderful, as well. They were clean and quiet. They were less than half a block away. Key West Vacation Rentals was great - Conch Casa was not available when we arrived in Key West, so they placed us in Leeward Isle. They even went so far as to have our luggage and our leftovers in the fridge moved to the Conch Casa (leftovers placed back in the fridge) the next day when it came available. I am going to break down my review for both cottages, with notes to the side. Leeward Isle (1 night stay) We stayed at Leeward Isle for our first night in Key West and it was amazing. The wireless internet was lightning fast, the cottage was clean, the a/c blew cold, the jacuzzi worked... it was ideal, just a block and a half block walk from Duval Street. The back patio was pretty overgrown, and the deck space was not very large at all. It was comfortable for all 4 of us in the jacuzzi - there was just not much space outside of it. I wish we'd been able to stay at this cottage for the length of our visit. Conch Casa (5 nights stay) We spent the rest of our trip in this cottage. The exterior and interior were darling. The living area was in the front of the house, with plenty of seating. It was also the coolest room in the house, with the a/c unit blowing right at the entrance. Both bedrooms were off a long hallway, each with individual window units. The bathroom (very small, but with lots of shelves for storage) and kitchen were located in the back of the house, leading to the deck and jacuzzi. The kitchen was NOT in an insulated area of the house. If the bathroom became steamy due to a shower, so did the kitchen. When we cooked in the kitchen, it became a sauna. The a/c unit of the larger bedroom was not working when we first arrived, and with one quick call, the owner showed up almost immediately and replaced it. (Thank you!!) The wireless Internet was not working either. My boyfriend works in technology and attempted to troubleshoot it. With multiple tests, he concluded there was no signal whatsoever. He told the owner, who then messed with the router some and deemed that it was our computers faults. All 3 separate unrelated systems. For our entire stay, we had no Internet - which is noted as included. Finding a place with wi-fi was important to all of us when we were searching for a place to rent, because most of us were logging in and working remotely during our trip. It was not only inconvenient, but really off-putting that the management/owner did not do anything to try to remedy the situation, let alone acknowledge the problem. Cell phone signal was not strong, so we were unsuccessful at even tethering. We also discovered that the jacuzzi was broken the first night at Conch Casa. After our experience with not getting the wifi repaired, we didn't bother reporting it. Note: There was not a reserved parking space. We thought this wouldn't be an issue, and we fought for parking every time we used the car. read more

We rented Casa Mango at New Years. It was everything they promised. Nice condo, private deck with hot tub was excellent. Pool was great too. Location is ideal too, right off Duval. Might mean a little more noise, but overall not a problem. read more

We rented a house (Island Oasis) in Key West for about four days. The house and pool were just right for a group of four of us for a birthday getaway. Good location near Southernmost Point, Hemingway House and Duval Street. Vacasa staff were really friendly and helpful with transportation, checking in, etc. Highly recommend! read more

Just came back from 4 days at tres Flores for a bachelorette party weekend. The house was perfect! We were all very comfortable , were in a great location , and had the perfect amount of space. The staff at key west vacation rentals were amazing! The booking process was very simple, they offer concierge services and they are very attentive. While we were at the house, we locked ourselves out of the house, called the house and they immodesty apt came over to help us and even recommended a lot of places for us to go . I will defiantly be using them for my next key west vacation ! read more

My family flew in from Pennsylvania and we rented southern most and duval hideaway. Both places were very clean and it was nice having the towel service everyday. We stayed for 3-4 nights. It was a great location right on duval. In fact this was the second time I stayed at this place but one very big negative was the mattress. They need to replace the mattresses in both places I slept terrible. They had indents in each one and when I tried sleeping in one by myself I couldn't sleep in the middle because it was so bad. This is the only negative. The ac worked very well which was a plus from being outside everyday. Price was fair. I recommend read more
