This is the nicest guy in the world. He makes it hard to leave a bad review, but this is absolutely…read moreTHE worst customer service experience I've ever had. No one ever answers when you call. And the voice mail is always full. When I called for the 6th time in a week I was finally able to leave a message and NEVER got a call back. So I went up there in person and he wasn't there, so I wrote down my name and number and asked the auto glass guys to pass it on. Still no call back. I called again multiple times and wasn't able to leave a message. I finally got him to answer the phone 3 weeks after he said he would call me. It took 3 weeks to get a response and I had to fight for it. This looks to be a one man show, but apparently this one man is way too busy.

I will spare you the details but within 5 minutes of arriving, we got locked out of the house. I began to freak out because it was cold and I am pregnant, plus I had a dog with me...so I called every locksmith in town that claimed to be 24 hours. I called Tri-City 4 times over the course of the next 20 minutes and NOT ONCE did they pick up or return my call. I'm disgusted. I'm sure they are a fine 9-5 locksmith, just please do not be fooled by their '24 hour' claim, as the 10:00 o'clock hour on a Sunday in March definitely qualifies as one of the 24 hours in a day. Note to Tri-City: Please don't promote yourselves as 24 hours if, days later, you still haven't returned my call. People rely on 24 hour services in EMERGENCIES, and therefore if you are going to tout yourself as such a company, you need to act like it.

Since I couldn't afford it they offered a temporary fix which was just replacing my coolant which was 250 dollars because oil got mixed into it. I was told my car would be safe to drive for now until I put some mileage on it. I was also told my heat will not work until I get my head gasket fixed which was entirely a lie. I told my uncle who is also a mechanic and he told me my head gasket should have no effect on my heat. I took it to another Subaru mechanic and not even 5 minutes after looking at my car he found a hole in my coolant hose. I'm not sure how that was missed at all cause even I could see it. He replaced it and topped me off with more coolant and my cars heat started to work again. He also told me it's unsafe to drive with a hole in my coolant hose cause my engine could've overheated and the problem would become even worse. It's also nice to know the 50 dollars they charged me for coolant was meaningless cause right after I drove off it was spraying out the hose. I feel very misled and lied to.

Now on my second Forester (276,000+ miles) I had noticed an oil leak and my check engine light had come on. I dropped in and asked Alex about it. He immediately squeezed me in and put my car on the lift to take a look. Then lowered the car to look from the top of the motor. He spotted the leak at my oil pressure sensor and replaced it. In and out within 30 minutes and I was a very happy customer minus a big worry. VERY HIGHLY recommended!!
