She was extremely friendly, personable, enthusiastic and knowledgable throughout the entire bus ride and tour! However the tour left much to be desired and a few things disappointed me. The tour begins at the Palace Hotel where Serena from the show lived. This is where you meet with your group and director and board the bus. I went on a cold winter day so the heated coach bus was such a blessing! The tour was fun, while on the bus they show you clips of the famous locations where the show is shot and also ones you got to get off at during the tour stops. However, compared to previous reviews the tour no longer stops at Henri Bendel and Laduree which was very disappointing! We ended up getting off at a few locations and one included the MET but I wasn't that excited by some locations because I'm from NY and have been there already. But I understand to someone who isn't from NY some stops are exciting. My favorite stops were the museum that served as the school on the show and the empire hotel where Chuck lived which was gorgeous! And side note we stopped at Dylan's Candy Bar which is such a rip off. They give you a coupon on the bus and my friend tried to use it on macarons and couldn't because they said it's for store merchandise only. I despise this place it's a tourist trap and workers are rude!

After working with them the first time, I loved it so much that I couldn't wait to go back. So two years later, I did! Because they are a small family owned business, my coordinator never changes and communication across the staff is exceptional. Will be back to do it again soon.

I paid Rich $200 to do a name change on the ticket, which he did not do. So day of the trip, my child had no tickets and his teacher had to purchase a new one. I was told I could get a refund of that $200 fee as no name change had actually occurred. When I called Rich he seemed shocked that I would feel entitled to a refund- for work he never did. Maybe Rich is used to being paid for work he doesn't do? I'm certainly not. After walking me through all the failures in his company to get the name changed ("So and so emailed so and so and somehow that didn't get to the right person and the other person wasn't copied on the right email.....") he refused to refund me for work that his company never did that added significant stress to the travel group the day of. Not a guy I would trust to get the details right in the first place and definitely not the guy who is going to make it right when he messes up.

It was also a dream to get to travel there with my close friends and for them to see Italy for the first time! Our trip was curated so thoughtfully by Anthony. The food, the wine, the places we stayed, and the people we met along the way were all wonderful. From wine tasting in Tuscany, to the private tour of the winery itself, to hiking in Elba, to spontaneously going to the Montefalco festival (we were lucky that we happened to be nearby the weekend of the festival!!)... I experienced a whole new Italy I'd never seen before, new culinary styles, new wine varietals and exquisite scenery. Anthony has a joy and passion for Italy and travel and as his guests, we felt that joy throughout the entire trip. 5-stars for sure :)

Honestly, I was a little apprehensive because I wasn't sure what the service Sojourn provided was for, but Anthony ensures that you are not stressed about a single thing throughout your journey. He goes ABOVE AND BEYOND what he needs to do. He plans the air, airline seats, last minute changes, cruise arrangements around Norway and Amsterdam. He then arranged for us to take a transfer to the Thalys (train) to Paris. We did the Eiffel Tower, The Louvre tours as well as sight seeing. On top of that he arranged the transportation to Disney Euro in Paris where we stayed another 4 days and obtained park passes which he managed as well. We saw the charming St. George historic district and homes, the forested, elevated interior of the island, the only Frank Lloyd Wright home in New York City, and the historic Conference House at the tip of the island.
